Apple’s camera setup is usually quite good. When other manufacturers try to improve their setup by including the highest amount of mega pixel or installing a camera with a super zoom, Apple usually only improves small things. But those small things have big impacts on how the camera works. In this video we are taking a look at what has changed from the iPhone 11 Pro Max till their newest phone the iPhone 13 Pro Max. We tested the most important photo and video features in night and daylight conditions in a direct comparison to showcase the evolution of Apple's Camera System. I'll keep my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a while. As you say, it's an improvement but I don't see such a huge improvement as to justify so much money difference. Good video!

If you want to take better photos without having to actually buy a new phone, try shooting in raw. This is where the real improvement will be, and with Lightroom it’s completely free.

I love my iPhone 11 Pro Max as I got it this Christmas and I had a iPhone 7+ did not like da camera on it but love the night mode on my new iPhone 11 Pro max

I have 11 pro. Thanks for the video I think I’ll keep my 11 Pro till the 14th comes out . A lot of the talk around improvements of the 13th is hype. I really don’t see the difference if I really need to get perfect noise free night shots the Canon R5 gets the job done.

Have you tried shooting in raw on 11 pro? People talk about upgrading phones for better camera performance, which is not at all worth it when you can get proper image quality for free without the ugly over-sharpening on the stock photo app.

iPhone 12 is better at night but they kept the shutter speed open long enough that it sometimes caused blur. And it was really bright. But the 13 is the best of both worlds and if you set night mode to max capture time the huge sensor blows the other two out of the water.

If I was to upgrade from 11 pro to 13 pro I would only because of the design and 120hz, otherwise they are pretty similar, because iPhones were always good and long lasting. I compared iPhone 8 which came out at 2017 and Samsung A31 which came out in 2020 and iPhone 8 did better in every single aspect, except that it has a smaller screen.

The battery should probably be another reason. I got the 13 pm from 11 and this is the first time I charge my phone every 2 days even though I charge it to 75% max to 25%. The battery is simply just next level

He's an apple fanboy yes, but I disagree with you when you say Samsung A53 or Xiaomi is better than the 13pro max. The only cameras that can defeat iphone are those of the S and Note series of Samsung.
