Drove down from New Jersey this morning, quick turn around trip. 330 am back home 330 pm. Place is phenomenal!. Josh and Erin were very welcoming and friendly. Staff was very nice and the food was the bomb. I wanted to go back for lunch but didnt want to get stuck in east coast traffic. Josh also assisted me with getting in touch with a local realtor. Very busy folks but made time for a random out of town stranger. Came home with lots of goodies. Cookies , soap, coffee, candles. The amount of pride they poured in the Cafe shows, as with everything they do. Bravo yall ! Damn that breakfast samich was good. Thanks yall !

excellent. i'm in SW VA...actually pretty close. i wanted to drive there too, but my already planned West Coast trip is now. timing was off by just a few weeks. but i will definitely get up there when i get back. (i have mail ordered coffee and candles and i love them)

Wild Roots Cafe is awesome. Great atmosphere in a small town in West Virginia. So glad that my wife and I are locals and we were able to experience the first week of business. The food is amazing from the sandwiches, lattes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc. Very well done! It was nice to get to meet Josh and Erin and share some of our own experiences. Also the fact that we only live about 8 minutes from the cafe, so very convenient for us.

We've been watching this family for a while. It's a bit odd for us, because, I'm not sure how articulate this, but we're not in the same demographic as these 2. We wouldn't fit in with them and their friend group (we're not "cool" people), but we've gained a ton of respect for their hard work ethic and all that they've been able to accomplish (as well as their positive energy/attitude).
