I'll never forget the first video I watched. Ellie, a baby, was in a harness on Erin's back while they put in posts for the front portion of the build. I've been watching ever since.

Ok. I have come to the conclusion that Josh is an absolute genius for figuring out the roof line & rafter cuts on the addition.

I just have to compliment you on your videography --- I am blown away by how skilled and thoughtful you are in putting together your shots. I know this must take an enormous amount of effort, and the creativity of finding unusual and interesting angles is stunning. Hard to believe you don't have a full camera-crew doing this for you. Erin, my husband had his first TIA when he was in his late thirties. The doctors told us it was a warning that a major stroke was coming. He had a few more TIAs over the next ten years, then they stopped. He turns 70 in November. He never did have the stroke they said was coming. He is doing good. Don't worry yourself too much. It could be something or it may not. I hope it is nothing for you also. BTW, good catch, Josh. You knew the signs and acted right. You should be very proud of yourself! I will keep you in my thoughts. ❤

It's easy to get mesmerized by the mountain vistas, the cute farm animals, the great building, and the lovely Erin, but I just want to call out the camera work, lining up the shots, changing focus, getting unconventional angles, it's immersive. It's not just what's in the shot, but the work people don't think much about that goes into capturing these random moments by setting up the shots. Always running to change cameras around, then edit it together. I'm guessing it's mostly Erin doing that? Nicely done, it's what makes the whole series very classy and interesting.
