12 Strange Signs Your Body NEEDS Vitamin B1

12 Strange Signs Your Body Needs More Vitamin B1
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is a very important nutrient used to convert nutrients into energy in your cells. It's heavily involved with the nervous system and protecting the coating around your nerves against damage.
Less than 1% of the thiamine in your body is stored in your blood, so blood tests won't usually tell you if you are deficient in Vitamin b1 or not, which is why it often gets overlooked by doctors.
For this reason, today we identify 12 common, yet strange signs of a Vitamin B1 deficiency to watch out for including nerve pain, excessive yawning, anxiety, a fast heart rate, acid reflux, swelling, hyperactivity and many others.
I also explain what causes a Vitamin B1 deficiency, and some natural ways to boost your vitamin b1 levels, by using supplements or eating certain foods.
My favourite Vitamin B1 supplements:

🌿Nutritional Yeast (B-Complex): iherb.co/bc5QZXE9
🌿Benfotiamine (Fat-Soluble B1): iherb.co/Ci6Zt9T1

Hi, Wendy. I am taking the yeast flakes on a daily basis, but still felt that I am B1 deficient. So I've added a Benfotiamine supplement, 100 mg. capsules, two or three times a day. I order many of my supplements through Amazon. Hope this helps.

The video on palpitations is here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYV6zdprfazNd7g.html (Magnesium Glycinate is the remedy) B1 and Benfotiamine are different. The regular B1 is water soluble nutrient found in foods like nutritional yeast. Benfotiamine is fat soluble form which is synthetic, but is better for repairing nerves (and may help with palpitations as well). Take care 💚

A lot of nuance to this. Allithiamine can produce quite strong paradoxical reactions in people. Low magnesium needs to be adressed for B1 to work properly. Chronic infections can get worse from B-vitamin supplementation, so if that is a root cause behind neurogolical symptoms one needs to thread lightly.

@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies I am very aware of sugar and the health risks. I don’t eat anything that has sugar in it, not even starches that turn to sugar. My diet is very healthy i mostly eat things like fish, vegetables, some fruits and berries. But yes possible at the time it happened i wasn’t as aware of hidden ingredients that can turn to sugar in the body but also i wasn’t paying attention to having all the B vitamins also taking Magnesium as i had heart flutters and no doctor could tell me why, all due to low magnesium, the flutters stoped now because i take Magnesium daily. I have a great diet and take all my vitamins so my condition didn’t get worse it’s either stable or might be even getting better. Thank you for your reply. Yes sugars are hidden everywhere even sometimes in our vitamins. One needs to read the labels with a magnifying glass because these companies like to hide things in fine print.

Thank you for this wonderfully hopeful answer! Even though my ha1c is 5.3, I have huge spikes that last for hours during the day. Only now, after having hot, tingling soles of my feet for two years am I starting to understand the importance of reducing those spikes. I had been vegan when my symptoms came on and then switched to carnivore, but no symptom change. Now I am going for low lettuce/berries carb, mod avocado/almond butter fat and mod fish/egg protein. I still find it so hard to go more than a couple of hours without eating and i wake up in the early hours starving, but I am praying it works. I've tried every supplement under the sun but they havent made a difference sadly@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
