You have no idea I still think girls look at my looks not at my heart? That I hold deal to my chest but when I look at myself I'm so critical about my reflection dose that make sense?
Here's my attractive list: 1. Gorgeousness 2. Fitness and self-care 3. Humility and humbleness 4. Kindness 5. Self-respect and respect for others 6. Emotional intelligence 7. Sense of humour 8. Self-confidence 9. Ambition/goal-driven 10. Generosity and thoughtfulness 11. Peacefulness Edit: my bonus attractive trait is: 12. Authenticity (this one is a complete turn-on for me).

These are some really good things to follow! Although it would be really REALLY almost impossible to follow the last one; I never liked sitting with my benchmates in college for 9 hours straight hearing them talk immature unprofessional shit..not to mention I used to be a straight A student in school and since college started my grades dropped real real hard, I always feel guilty I'm being rude to people online (online friends ig) even tho at the same time I think I pay the most attention. I think I'm the dulkest student in my class (others aren't passionate about education and copy their way through exams, I pity them every single time) Now I cannot smile and be happy because my classmates will pay attention to me more and distract me, and everytime I try to enjoy something bad always hits. And mine's a strict Indian college so there's really no time to get emotionwl and be happy and all and talk and smile. That's why I hate it when my friends keep talking during class all the time. One of them thinks she's way too cute and I just cant- she immature My apologies for ranting negative things, I love your comment. Thank you for the tips 💛

Instinctively we are attracted to people who look "healthy". It is an archetype in us, seeking the most appropriate partner for having offspring. So of course, your posture, your skin, your hair, teeth, nails, smell, grooming suggests health. And then, because we are not animals 😁, the whole representation of the person. Strong, independent, kind, good manners, eloquent, someone who is approachable, someone who suggests an interesting inner world which we want to explore.

Personally, me before 6 months at the lowest point in did all the things opposite to what you mentioned- not dressing well , no skincare or fitness , worst posture and always focusing on the negative side . I am in awe that I actually worked on all the things you mentioned here!! along with my therapy and my mental health going uphill I really have attracted many right people and friends and also around 4-5 guys approached me you know ! never been this confident and secured in my body :) I'm in tears....ah! thanks lana , love u

These things really don't work for longer duration, sister ,the time you are giving on your fashion,,grooming, hairstyle, etc if started giving to your career and studies then you would reach heights of success and forget about 4-5 people, you would attract 400-500 people,if you become super successful who have a lot of money, that's reality, accept it or else you know

@@mainaksen280 It's not about studies or being successful. You know what does make you successful? Not money. Not business. Happiness. OP said they used to live unhealthily. I like that at the beginning she acknowledges the importance of looks. I think we should also acknowledge the importance of voice tones and volumes because I started forwarding up the video so fast just after a few seconds 😆
I’ve always admired your videos and the calm demeanour but i am loving that the vibes of this channel are getting more and more warm and intimate, how you’ve improved the quality over the years and the topics, it’s all so good!❤
I love Lana so much!! To me, you're like a big sister giving us advice & chatting with us when we're struggling haha
a huge one that i feel is overlooked a lot is someone's voice. This can make or break a person's attractiveness I feel
Love this video, makes sense and helps reflect on oneself. This video gave me the motivation to stop hiding my happiness about life (even if sometimes things are yucky), life is/can be so beautiful.
gurl you're literally the supreme energy here on my feed... idk abt others, but your video content is really worth my time lana !!!! it's really worth everybody's time 💕
Awesome tips on how to be more attractive, Lana! Love this! Being attractive is so much more than looking good! Thanks again for another inspiring video!
Woow, such a great content. No sugarcoating straight to the point. Definitely looking forward to part 2
YESSSSS...part 2 please. I do really enjoy these types of your videos. Short and on point
Hello how r u doing Just came by here to tell you that in this video u were incredibly honest and open about ur struggles with self confidence which i hugely appreciate And u give good advices about it 2 which is really really good Keep up with the good work and have a nice day 😊
I feel an incredible lightness while watching the video, your way of talking is so calming. great video, thank you!
This is the first time I have seen your channel, I don't really like to sit and listen to youtube videos without doing something else at the same time but I was mesmerized by your voice! Your video is very relaxing and informative
Yes, please make a part 2! This was so so lovely. I’m glad you focused on the things you did-your appearance, taking care of yourself, grooming, hair, good oral health, being healthy, your smell, etc, are all soo important. Some additional things for part two: people who have interests/hobbies/passions. It’s soo unattractive when people say they are boring and do nothing but work, sleep, eat & play video games, Lol. Having interests immediately makes a person interesting. I also love to read, and I find men who read to be sooo attractive. I don’t even care what they read, but there’s something so sexy about a man reading.
Yes, please do a part 2! Very well conveyed points in this one.
Really loves this video. Also I like your hair and your gesture. Basically, you’re like the definition of perfect. Waiting for part 2 anyway!
Part 2 would be great, especially for habits that people may not always be aware of ❤
Love the whole vibe of this video, so much positivity. I like your hair, it looks really nice!

Part 2 please!! I love your videos, they really boost my mood!
As a pilates instructor I can confirm that your posture makes people so drawn to you! Everyone slouches over so when you don't, it's a rarity that people are naturally attracted to 😊
Part 2 please, I really love your content Lana. It makes me become a more delicate and thoughtful person which is my self-growth goal now. Once again, thank you so much. I wish you lots of luck in life.

Very much been figuring this out myself over the course over 2022 after doing 12 rounds with anxiety and depression, so thank you for this, thank you for confirming that I at least am making the right steps, even if I'm not 100% there yet. 😁 You just earned another subscriber. 😁
1 - Be born beautiful.
The health thing is arguably the most important because, as you say, it's a fundamental instinct, but it makes me so sad because I'm chronically ill and there's literally nothing I can do about that. When I was healthy, it reflected in every aspect of me, and people were drawn to me back then. Nowadays I have dull skin, tired eyes, my head is too foggy to engage in conversation like I once could, I don't have the energy to work out how I used to, or to even invest in my individuality like I did before. I kind of just have to survive now. I feel so much less human and I think I'm seen as less human, too.

@Star_shine7777

Guys, being healthy is something we cannot always control but that does not mean we should lower how good we feel about ourselves. It's definitely difficult but have faith in yourself, believe even if you think nothing can change your situation still believe and trust me, if you start having even a little, very tiny sliver of optimism, you'll start feeling better and eventually good about yourself, you'll accept yourself as you are and once that happens you will naturally attract other people The thing you would want is to love yourself as you are. It's ok if you are not in the best of your health or to not have things you want, you did not choose it purposely and if someone judges you for that, better people are waiting for you and trust me there are It really starts with you, with how you feel about yourself. You don't have to think about others Care about and love yourself Accept yourself as you are I definitely know how difficult what i said may sound, but that's how things are. And if you can help yourself and get over your insecurities, kudos to you, it's gonna be worth it

9:00 I agree humor is attractive but, I think that depends...Some people make mean and rude jokes and that's a turn off. Humor can be used in a good way and in a bad way.
You always inspire myself, Lana. You are wonderful person
I can only agree to your list :) It doesn't always have to be a great makeover, some little tweaks here and there will do just fine! Not only will it change how one is perceived by other, but more importantly also by yourself! I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), which makes it very hard to wear what I'd really feel comfortable in when in public. That's why I mostly keep my old out-washed stuff that make sweat invisible, but make me feel even more bad. Wearing clothes that look good on me *and* make great sweat stains invisible make me feel so much better, and I think that does show in the end :)

Focusing on being attractive is a bad starting point, yeah first Impressions matter, but that doesn't matter in the long run if you are all persona.
1. Be tall 2. Have a symmetrical face 3. Good bone structure 4. Good eye area 5. Full head of hair. Little to no signs of balding or thinning 6. Dress well (have enough money fr clothes that fit and look good So uh, have good genes, mostly.

A good way to think about how to be more "attractive" (which is quite different from just being beautiful/hot/handsome) is to think: If you met someone who was really physically attractive/ beautiful/ handsome, etc., what qualities could they have would make you NOT want to be around them? You'd probably list things like rudeness, arrogance, boring to talk to, no sense of humour... keep listing things, and right there you have a perfect list of what someone can do to be more attractive...
