@Sofia Sofi no one can teach you anything until you let go of your prejudice and inferiority complex that you have the need to diminish others because you can't accept the truth, would we listen to you? Picking at a woman for having beauty procedures and making fun of her accent while she speaks more languages than you probably lmao how shallow! Touch some grass.

I just wanted to say thank you. I've been a single mom to a 5 year old. I spent the past 5 years staying home raising her. I got my registered dietitian license a year ago right when she started preschool I had plans to go back to work. Never planned that she was going to be sick the whole entire time in preschool. Ended up not returning to work because we were sick nonstop. She just started kindergarten and thankfully hasn't been sick. I started my resume and looking for work. I NEEDED this video. My drive and confidence hasn't been the greatest. I've been in mom mode for 5 years and now going back into the work force has been a struggle. Thank you Liz. May blessings and good vibes come your way❤

JESUS CHRIST is LORD and He loved us while we were still sinners to die for our sins and be raised from the grave for our justification as the sinless, perfect Lamb of GOD, Who takes away the sin of the world, fulfilling the righteousness that the law requires, which we, sinners by nature, could never fulfill. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD. however in this present age, we may now be saved by the grace of GOD through faith in Him alone, followed by the act of repentance or the turning away from all of our sins. we must be born again. I was unsure if I would really be able to maintain this lifestyle . I was thinking of wearing hijab for a long time , but all the time I just said to myself, *no no I'm not ready , I'm still not comfortable* then just suddenly one day I realized if I wait to be comfortable I would never be able to be comfortable, I have to be uncomfortable and push myself in order to be comfortable*. I'm currently trying to overcome my social anxiety. I found out about this channel about a month ago when I was in a rut. This summer was one of the worst depressive episodes i've had in a minute and it made me feel like I was a loser and a failure. I constantly was comparing myself to my older sister, was comparing myself to my peers, comparing myself to those younger than me and became obsessive over my appearance. I hated going outside, I hated social interactions. Leaving my room felt like a death sentence and don't even get me started on my personal hygiene lol. I had NO energy and I would wake up feeling so tired. Writing my manuscript felt like a chore and I am a passionate writer with a vision to make it big in this world. i HAD to get a grip, and before you say 'you can't just snap out of mental illness.' I get it I've been there. It was a shitty process and I'm still going through the process. I started praying again and getting closer to God. I changed my medication and psychiatrist. I changed my perspective on life. I realized what I can do is enough for me and I do NOT have to prove myself to others. I don't have to sacrifice myself just for other's comfort etc. I do not have to conform to society's expectations of me. This realization took YEARS. Liz is correct. No one cares. I used to feel like everyone was looking at me and judging me negatively. I used to go to the extent of memorizing and practicing how I should move in public out of fear of being laughed at. Honestly, none of this matters in the grand scheme of things. Just be yourself, try doing things you alone enjoy, but do not burn yourself out, do what makes you happy, rest, drink water, and listen to your body and your mind. Amazing video!! 💞💞💞

This is a my takeaway from this video and what i learned! -DEVELOP NEW SKILLS. -WHEN DISCIPLINING AND DOING SOMETHING SKILL BASED, FELINGs SHOULD BE OFF. -GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE. Thats how you will improve yourself. Thats how you get better at something. Thats how you become confident in something. -PUSH YOURSELF. Give yourself new limits when you keep growing. -ACCEPT AND REALLY FEEL CERTAIN EMOTIONS UNTIL THEY GO AWAY. BE OPEN TO TALK TO STRANGERS/NETWORKING. God might send you certain people to interact with. -LET GO OF PERFECTIONISM. Perfectionism is centered around what others think, and constantly being concerned with that limits you from what you can achieve. -CREATE ROUTINES. Routines organize your mind. “An organized mind is an organized life” -liz. -TAKE CARE IF YOUR INNER AND OUTER APPEARANCE. Not caring about how you take care of yourself outside and inside is a form of disrespect towards yourself. So taking care of yourself and prioritizing yourself will make you respect yourself, and others respect you as well :) -WORK ON YOUR POSTURE. If you’re moving, playing sports it really helps with posture. -CREATE ANOTHER VERSION OF YOURSELF UNTIL IT BECOMES YOU. Visualize your highest self. What do they do? What do they act like? What do they think? What are their hobbies? Whenever you do something think “Is this what the highest version of myself would do?” and slowly you will become her/them/him by pretending to be them. -USE THE “OK, AND?” MENTALITY. Why is failure bad? Its really good and that means you can start over. Do it again and again until you get it. Don’t let failure stop you from being who you wanna be. -REALIZE THIS LIFE IS TEMPORARY. Do you want to waste your time and energy worrying about what others think. Put that energy into improving yourself -REALIZE HOW WEIRD PEOPLE ARE. Everybody has something weird, unique, and quirky about them. Nobody is perfect. Its beautiful and its human! So accept and embrace it. -LIMIT YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA. Especially if you are very insecure. Social media tells how we are supposed to be and look. It will make you feel very bad about yourself. -START REALIZING THAT YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT. This realization frees you. Everybody really only focuses on themselves. -LOVE YOURSELF THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Love yourself in every stage of your growth because you deserve it. You’re improving yourself throughout so enjoy and embrace that. -TALK TO YOURSELF LIKE YOU WOULD TAKE TO SOMEONE YOU LOVE. Say affirmations and compliment yourself, flatter yourself! Its a huge booster. If you talk passionately and treat others with love then why is it weird to do it to yourself? In order for someone to love you, you have to love yourself. -WALK INTO ANY PLACE LIKE OWN THE PLACE. -YOU DONT NEED TO PROVE YOURSELF. If you have good intentions and a good mindset, that itself is good enough. Don’t look for validation, bc if u do u wont get what u want. If u think what your doing is good thats enough to accomplish what u want to do. -REALIZE YOU KNOW NOTHING AND BE WILLING TO LEARN FROM OTHERS. Knowledge is beautiful. -STOP TRYING TO “FILL IN” AND REALLY LISTEN TO PEOPLE. Really process and think about what someone has said to you instead if solely reacting to it. People can teach you beautiful things. Really listening and not hearing is how you can learn beautiful things. -THE UNIVERSE ALWAYS PROVIDES. Say this as an affirmation. The universe/god always has a plan, trust it because its for your best. Realizing this can make you powerful!! Thank you so much liz, you have helped me so much and i am so grateful! Also hope this list helps others as well!

But tonight I was in the car driving so I was like let me see what she has to say…Girl! 😮 Damn right this is valuable! You’re sharing priceless info. God bless KZread 🙏🏼

17 year old male here. I'm honestly still trying to find my place. I've internalized the bullying I've received for years and see myself as a loser because that's what I've always been told. Rewiring that horrible kind of mindset is one of the hardest things Ive gone through and this video is so helpful to me. One of the things that helps is looking at myself in the mirror and flexing, standing with perfect posture, seeing myself as someone ELSE, a sort of alter ego. I take my glasses off to blur it, to help imagine myself as someone else. In that moment I force myself to see myself as someone else, someone's who's confident and carries himself highly. When I'm in public and start to feel low of myself, I keep the image of the person I saw in that mirror and remember who I am.

I don't usually comment but, oh my god, I have never felt this good after listening to someone. I literally did not want her to stop talking, it was as if somebody was actually knocking some sense into me and telling me to JUST BE CONFIDENT AND STOP WORRYING WHAT OTHERS MIGHT THINK. I appreciate you Liz, in so many ways. Thank you and utterly grateful. More power to you. :)

Please don’t take this lightly. You have changed my life. You have changed my perspective. Not even cancer could do that to me, I have been depressed and disappointed with myself. Unable to forgive myself for my mindset and unable to forgive my body for feeling like it betrayed me. You have helped me to heal in ways I could never fully explain but I thank you deeply, from the bottom of my heart. I finally feel i can enjoy being alive. I’m only in my 30s but felt horribly old. All has changed thanks in part to you.

These passed few months i have been stepping out of my comfort zone. I won't lie and say that they have all been successful. I had good experiences, new friends, new foods, new events, but I have also had discomfort, bad situations, rejections. I don't look back and cringe, instead I congratulate myself for doing things I wouldn't normally do. watching this video made me feel proud of myself, knowing that I am in the right track. I still have many things to work on, but I love myself nonetheless and am striving for the best me there is. I am grateful for the positives and negatives that resulted in me experiencing new things , if it weren't for them I wouldn't be as happy as I am now. I hope everyone starts, continues, and finishes their goal to become the better you ❤️ negative outcomes still have underlying positives

@@zurelyromero4806 I have done small things that I wouldn't usually do, like sitting in front of a person and saying "hi wanna be friends?" to doing huge things I would never do like having my first kiss (which I initiated). I have gone out more with friends, tried new restaurants, frequently asked questions in class, and I managed to finally talk to a therapist. I'm still planning to do more things that the old me would have never done.
