Really Great video! Im coming from a 9 years long relationship absolutely lost on how to be single at 28 especially with dating nowadays being even beyond the knowledge of my degree 😅 I'm still bit negative if this works out somehow honestly but your video on that topic was very useful!

Very Informative 💫 Aly, How to eliminate feelings of nervousness & fear of not being able to prove myself next month when there will be a new job role ahead with lack of certainty about its profile & more confusions so how can i get prepared to face the potential challenges ahead without getting discouraged by such emotions? Also how to become highly adaptable to new changes & environment faster..

It sounds like you are eager to continue growing - that is great! Not knowing your specific role/what you do, I can give advice from the perspective I would take. If there is a lack of certainty of what's ahead, see what information you can ask about. Express your interest in growth from a standpoint of " I'm going to continue growing and I'd like to do it here". As far as not getting discouraged, know that you are in control of your life. Get really clear on what you want your life to be, what you want to spend your time doing, and know that you have the ability to make it happen. Our fate is not determined by staying locked into a 9-5 or a situation that doesn't serve us out of fear of what happens if we no longer have that "security". Know your worth, be clear on what you want, ask questions, and go get it! Best of luck!

@@alylindic Actually my issue is How to convince employers to hire me when i had a 4 yrs career gap just after my internship period due to covid & family reasons ? Also i haven't done any volunteer job or certification courses during this period but i have watched many useful lectures on KZread + all the essential skills required to do my role as hvac design engineer in Aec construction industry..so how to tailor my resume? Possible ways to handle upcoming challenges or opportunities to succeed without coming up across as unprofessional in any way ?? Any book recommendations on this topic to get selected would be helpful too...

Just a small critique but the "pop" sounds in the video are too loud. Thanks for the tips.
