No 88. An Australian told me this joke: There are 18 million sheep in New Zealand, 3 million think that they are human. The best Kiwi answer for this was by the Prime Minister of NZ when the opposition complained about the large number of people emigrating to Australia. The PM said that it is a good thing because it increases the average IQ of both countries.

I totally recommend The Mütter Museum to any macabre tourists (or locals) in Philly. As a bonus for artists and medical students, the majority of the collection is only available to you! This private part of the collection dwarfs the public portion, and contains the "weirdest", most controversial and most interesting parts of the collection! Though, I'm pretty sure you have to organize seeing it ahead of time...

23:16 Family Trees are interesting. I did it once and traced the leniage all the way back to 1300s. I must say, it is quite diversity, the ancestory is all over the place and so far, it looks like it started out in Normandy and spread outwards to many countries....and yes, some famous ones too. This sort of thing has reminded me to get involved in this again, since there has been a few family civil wars as well. Mostly due to political circumstances....like the Scotland and England wars sort of thing. Yeah....you never know who is on that tree of yours.

Re: The birthday effect and some people maybe "holding on" -- that's something observed in newspaper obits. January and february see a huge spike in obits, as all the old men and ladies who didn't want to ruin the holidays start letting go. One time we had so many obits that we had less than a page of open space inside an 8-page paper -- and that was including the obit department trying to put obits on the front page! We called and chewed them out, they called and chewed someone else out, and it got authorized to add a half-sheet, making it a 10-page paper.

You want weird and bizarre facts? My boss, an operation manager, works wedding receptions and yet has never been married before. I mean, I don't know if she's specifically a wedding reception planner or organizer, but she does have the skills to set the tables, accommodate the guests and married couple, and decorate the room. She knows her wedding receptions, but never had _her_ wedding reception (not to suggest there ever was a proposal). Is that irony?
