Your hair is gorgeous. I have thick long natural hair as well and I don’t comb or brush my hair or slick my edges. I don’t wear any wigs or extension. I haven’t been to a salon in over ten years. I don’t do masks and rarely deep condition. I keep my hair stretched by twisting at night and take out in the morning to wear in a bun or ponytail and retwist at night. I cut my ends where needed. I don’t try new products and I stopped watching KZread natural hair videos unless I’m looking to see something specific. I click all natural hair video out my algorithm but once in a while a few slip through like this one and found I could relate! Great video.

I don't comb my hair, don't change the style, I don't put any heat on my hair, and I don't wash my every other day, I wash my hair once a month. I love my natural hair.

I don't prepoo or condition overnight, slick my edges, oil my scalp, do protective styling, or cowash. I used to have a goal of waist-length, but I've passed it so now I don't have a goal other than to continue to care for my hair.

I love this! Simplicity is key to a happy life lol! New subscriber here! One of the things I don’t do to my natural hair is use heat (ie. Hot tools,) bother my edges or buy expensive “natural” products. I love cheap products that came out in the 1930s. I don’t style my hair weekly, once I protective style my hair it is set for the weeks to come until my next wash day.

Love your hair! I cannot use any type of shampoo Or conditioner on my hair. My hair do not like it. I use bentonite clay once a month and shakaiki powder the next wash wash day. I do wash every two weeks. My hair seems to like the clays and powders better. I also use Amla powder and bhringraj powder as a deep conditioner. The only oils my hair like is jojoba and grape seed oil. My hair does not like creams and butters. I just apply warm water to my hair and seal with the oils. So far the only hair I lose now is a small amount of shed hair. Do you trim your ends and if so how often?

Hi Charity, thanks for this vid. May I ask if you use fenugreek or what are your thoughts on it? My hair's been awkward short length for almost two years. I've come across several hair videos about how to retain length and the major tips have been long-term protective styling, regular trimming, keeping hair moisturized daily, and deep conditioning. But then there's the fenugreek trend. What would you advise?

I just found your channel. Love from South Africa. 🇿🇦 I am on the natural hair journey for almost a year now. I have tried a few methods by vloggers. You tube a great platform but one method does not suit all that I know now. Trail and error. What is don't do is co wash. No brushes No heat No hair bands. I spray my hair when it feels dry with some rooibos tea and glycerine. My hair does not do well on most oils so I just use caster oil and glycerine mix on damp hair just a few drops daily. I don't use any conditioner My hair just breaks. So its glycerine soap To wash my hair. Glycerine and caster oil to moisturize and tea to add moisture when needed My hair has stopped breaking. I'm so very happy. Your hair gives me goosebumps it's that beautiful. The journey is different but the result we hope to have beautiful healthy hair. Sharing is caring. ❤❤❤

Previously, there was an option to receive an e-mail when products were available again... that's how we were able to purchase before you sold out again. Is that option still available? As we didn't see it on tgw website. We thank God as He works through you mightily! And we will go back to the website to leave reviews. Thank you again❣ Blessings to you and your family❤
