I did a deep dive in what causes hair breakage health wise. Certain deficiencies such as iron, zinc, vitamin d etc. I got my thyroid, cortisol, liver, and insulin levels checked when I did blood work. I figured out what the cause was. I made changes. I now barley have any shedding. My hair is growing back.

My hair is always dry. Grease does not last in my hair, it eats it up. Oil makes it itchy and makes my face oily. If my oily hair touches my forehead, it will break out. Crazy right 😂. Natural for about almost 5 years.

If it doesn't grow back u can consider getting a hair transplant. My last relaxer was 2005 and in 2020 I still had no edges I tried everything I went to the dermatologist she told me my follicles were scarred and dead due to traction alopecia. I was told I would need a transplant and I saved up the money and I got it. Please go see a dermatologist sometimes they can give u shots and it can help grow the hair back but it didn't work for me at all bc I lost my edges between 1997 and 2000 when I was a child do to tight braids.

Stop taking it. Your hair is going to stay that dirty brown for a long time when you stop taking it. I stopped in 2020 but I am still having a few of those dirty strands.
