Funk and Angela take you through a post workout stretch routine that you can use after any HIIT, metabolic workout, sports training or anytime you need a post training stretch routine.
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds transition
1. Static Double Leg Stretch
2. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch Right
3. Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch left
4. Lying Lower Back Twists Right
5. Lying Lower Back Twists Left
6. Static Abs Stretch
7. Child Pose
8. Shoulder Stretch Right
9. Shoulder Stretch Left
10. Bent Over Hamstring Stretch

This is SO NECESSARY. Post workout stretch is more important than preworkout warm up sometimes. Thanks for both.

Absolutely love these stretch videos, especially the hip mobility stretch video, would you guys consider doing more of these? Maybe an upper body stretch and lower body stretch routine pre and post workout? Best channel on YT for fitness content
