Started crying. I haven't done anything for my physical well being in a very long time. First time back on the mat. I cried. I get so stressed. I always forget how much her videos are a safe place for me.

This was my first yoga session in a long time. I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues (in addition to trying to heal from trauma) & had no idea how much I needed this. I *did* cry not long after the video started & am still crying now. Thank you so much for your help. I will be sure to continue this & start reading my copy of Trauma Alchemy today!

One of my favorite Sarah Beth’s yoga sequences is the one for sore muscles, it’s about 20 minutes long but I do it every day and it’s enormously helpful. ❤
This was what my body and soul needed today. Emotional release overload. Thank you Sarah Beth. I am so happy I found you.
This was exactly what I needed this morning. Working so hard to break generational trauma takes a physical toll. This video really helps with the body aches and anxiety spiral

This Yoga practice triggered some emotions in me, not healing, more like digging out what needs to be healed. I think I am not yet ready for that but it showed me what yoga can do and it showed me there is a lot to work on. Like you said, a lot of tension from the past. Thank you ❤

I've been having alot of emotional, mental and body pain due to trauma + stress + anxiety + grief. Recent life experiences have been triggering so it's been very tough. I've recent started acknowledging I have anxiety and how it impacts me. I did this video to start connecting my tense body with my mental state. Your words throughout hit hard and I allowed myself to cry. It was therapy. I bought your book Trauma Alcemy so I continue to work through it all. Thank you ❤

I loved this video so much. Immediately started crying. I showed my dad this after I did the video and he got emotional too. I tired a new morning video and I know when social media is telling me something. I have needed to work on my stress anxiety and trauma. I have wanted to explore recovery yoga for a long time and I couldn't believe.. I cried for the first time during yoga to this video. I'm looking forward to getting more involved to what she has to offer. And thank you it was a start to opening up a new way to peace for me.

I know this comment will not be seen by many but this is the first time I’ve ever done something like this. I have done so many things that I regret in the past and this video let me forgive myself. I can’t believe it but I just started crying. Many droplets of tears ran down my face as you told me that I could go somewhere be somewhere and restart my life born as a new person. I know people say that “yoga and mental heath are for girls to work on” as of many people in my life. I am subscribing and doing this everyday for the rest of my life. Oh and to the people who say that they have the feeling of a weight being lifted off their chest. I FINNALY understand. Thank you.

Thank you Sarah. I have recently realised how I need to find a way to forgive. I don’t know if I’m able to do it yet but I like your analogy of putting the poison down as I certainly feel the effects of that slow drip feed of poison into me from carrying so much anger about the past.

This definitely made me cry the first time I did it. I came back less than a week later about a separate issue. Has anyone experienced a situation where you want to talk about something but you can't because the person isn't in a place where they can receive it? How did you let it go?This practice is helping me let go bit by bit, but any other advice?
