@@therage3760no it is not you should also do some power exercises like med ball slams and some more planks along with these kind of follow along like this one

just do this but go a bit lighter im the same age as you and it took me a bit to progress but i started slow and worked my way up. for example if u have to do a 30 second plank and u can complete it than jus do 15 seconds

Bro gave just 5 seconds to switch to plank position
I could only last 5min of the workout as a 12 years old after I played football it's very hard
