10 Min Ab Workout // No Equipment (Follow Along)
10 minute ab workout! It's intense. Please feel free to take breaks and make easier modifications, which is what I did to work up to completing the whole workout at once! Let me know how it goes in the comments below!
I filmed this near the start of the pandemic but never posted it because I thought "it wasn't good enough." Specifically, the camera was shaking and I wasn't satisfied with the image quality. This past week, I chose progress over perfectionism and decided to just post it. Still working on that perfection versus progress mindset and will need to keep it with me as I continue to make vids. Enjoy the workout!

Great exercises! I like that no equipment is needed. For my level, I did fewer of them and at a slower pace.
