Yeah, I tried dgital organizers, and I keep coming back to paper. I don't always write things down unless it gets too hectic, but the structure stays in my head better when I have the system.

Steps are such a great form of exercise. I have been running steps for nearly 30 years and wouldn't be without them. I train on a long set of steps and the effect I get on the quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes feels so much more than normal running.

Great exercises! I like that no equipment is needed. For my level, I did fewer of them and at a slower pace.
