I am 45 and basketball was a very big part of my life. Had some success and even held my high schools record for all time leading scorer for 12 years. I can not imagine having access to training like this back then. It was so hard to learn moves. It was basically watch vhs tapes of college and pro games and mimic. I recorded the bulls lakers finals and paused and rewinded the tapes so much they snapped lol. Not to sound old but you young ones take advantage!

I mean biggest advice anyone can give you is get yourself a role model shooter, and just try to emulate what they do. Notice what you're doing that they're not and try to add and subtract things. With that you get your reps up too so you're working two major parts of your game which is reps and form. Reps with shooting is always the most important tho, gotta put in the time to get good.
@wavvy-zy5777

What I done is recorded myself shooting and broke down my form because I realized I was shooting side ways when I was at the top of my jumper kinda like lonzo but not as bad lol
