    Great content, it's tough for me to visually get the information and replicate the move. Your descriptions are super effective in me being able to perform the moves, compared to other instructionals out there.

    Why not square on the turnaround until you get in the air? Just curious of the benefits or advantage it creates

    If u hop on your same leg before push out from it with the ball in your hand, it's a travel. Careful... (3:48 - 3:50)

    Good evening, professor, I would like you to make a video for 41-year-olds as training for now that we are in our forties and that we are about to leave and we want to train, ING Leopoldo.

    Coach isn't that little hop step to propel you around for the spin steps a travel? Sure seems like 3 steps

    It's not a travel, he explains that at 3:55. Whether it's a travel or not depends on the time you pick up the ball. If you haven't picked up the ball, you are allowed to take as many steps as you want. So even if he technically takes 3 steps after his last dribble, it's not a travel because he does not pick the ball up until he takes the last two steps. Hope I could help

    touching the floor twice with the same foot will get called a travel

  • @leeb0g
    @leeb0g3 жыл бұрын

    i dunno, if you hop (its not a pivot, its a hop), then push out, looks like a travel (technically it may not be, im not here to argue that, but the ref might call it). If it looks like a travel, odds are the ref is gonna call it. IMO (3:46)

    that’s why it’s advanced footwork because in game you won’t actually hop that high he’s just teaching it. in game you won’t even know they’re lifting the foot for one because it’ll be too fast to even notice, for two it’ll be a slight hop, more of a quick rotation of the foot once you get it down.

    That move at 7:24 is a travel. Normally, teaches great foot work but....

  • @tamjidsm

    DJ- kids might be quicker than you but you are smoother. they are trying to be very very fast and missing the beauty that you are laying. I loved your moves. e.g., the pushout you are jumping as far like a hop but no one is doing exact you.
