Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 6 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

The difference between man and animal is that a man's spine is his centre and not his back like an animal.

Exactly! I've been letting our 12 yo try a number of exercises and it's great fun. So much better than any sport where there's too many rules/ discipline/ monotony. A great way to get kids moving.
Impressive strength
You are special.
10 from possible 10 points ⭐️ I love your work for years 💪❤️🍀 One Q: is number 6 an animal too? 🤷♂️💭😀 Keep up the awesome unique work. 1000 Thanks 🎵

These animal movements appear to be superior to my plant movement techniques, which mostly revolve around slow sedentary junkfoodsynthesis. I'll give these a try.
I haven’t seen you in a while. Also all the comments I sent to several of your videos…no response back from you. It’s ok. I know this thing called life in this world happens. But I know I connect to you and what you do. When I see this I want to mimic every last thing. I want todo every leg movement/exercise here exactly as is. Those are just great workouts. If I got back into boxing now in my 40’s if I heal properly from all my injuries; I know every 1 of these 10 movements plus other ones I’ve seen on your channel will get me some true kegs under me for the sport. I know the Frankenstein stuck to me. Heheh. 👊

Between you and the knees over toes guy here on KZread; if I can incorporate all of your leg workouts and movements, I think my legs could get stronger and in better shape than they were in my teens. But my body would need to heal all, right. I’m looking for the best workouts to heal all my skeletal issues, my back, my neck, shoulders, hips, pelvic, knees, ankles, feet, wrist, hands and fingers. If you have the workouts for me let me know asap.

yeah. not with my knees. Maybe 10 years ago. I wish. enjoy your youth after 40 very few can do most of these. Bigfoot walk isn't too bad and maybe the flea hops for me. thanks for sharing.

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I do "regular leg exercises" slow and carefully, but most of those exercises are or look hard for me.I will try to do a couple of them. I just turned 40 y.o. Greetings. 😊

@@jorgeortega5728 try knees over toes guy right here on KZread. Obviously work to your level but it’s probably years of regular exercise that needs some correction, this animal move stuff is likely where you want to be. Start slow and steady and like any other exercise go to your level and increase as it improves. I say this as I try to undo a shoulder injury…. Due to weights and years of neglect with flexibility training. Try strength side site and other animal flow vids. There loads to start off. Let’s start together and see what a year brings…. 🤞

Impressive. How are your knees?
Wow
Big foot walk is killer for the quads, helps alot when hiking on a constant incline.
Does anyone know what music is that?
@2:20 i have just subscribed to the first being I can't describe.
Song name please :D Excellent work!
Quick Q can you study something along this in varsity??
Good to know that the Björn ironside bloodline still exists
Great! Thank you very much. I will train with my son in order to improve his flexibility and strength. Let's wait and see if "old daddy" will be able to do this too... 🤭
Как в 90е все ржали над звериными стилями кунг-фу. А теперь оказывается, что казак - это зверь. 😊

@@Vahvafitness easily, i find them boring and too one dimensional anyways
I tried the bigfoot walk today, about eight hours ago and, I am starting to feel it right now (technically, I started feeling it a bit ago 🙂). That was challenging movement, and I will say, those bigfoots must have some strong ass quadriceps, ha🦍. By the way, it's such a hilarious looking movement, particularly, ha, the "over the shoulder" glance. I did it with the glance, and there were people around, haha. Edit: a

Bigfoot is a killer movement because it has constant tension in the quads, really underrated movement imo

i think it is improtant to keep butt above the level of knees, that did the trick for me. also i think it is improtant to start slowly and... make knees massage after each training! i started to do capoiera angola year ago and see how people destroy their joints without proper aftertraining self massage. You can call yoga self-massage too :) just keep blood and other liquids moving around body :D and DO NOT FORCE. ps. im 33yo skinny guy and im happy i still able to do all these movements. but i was having 3-4 trainings per week from 13 to 22yo, plus 5-15 min yoga every day last 4 years. so we are all different. Mr Viking, if you read this comment would it be possible to make healing tai chi course availiable for poor and happy people like me? i missed last summer sale and now i constantly coming back to this. Thank you 🙏☯️
