Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 6 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

I haven’t seen you in a while. Also all the comments I sent to several of your videos…no response back from you. It’s ok. I know this thing called life in this world happens. But I know I connect to you and what you do. When I see this I want to mimic every last thing. I want todo every leg movement/exercise here exactly as is. Those are just great workouts. If I got back into boxing now in my 40’s if I heal properly from all my injuries; I know every 1 of these 10 movements plus other ones I’ve seen on your channel will get me some true kegs under me for the sport. I know the Frankenstein stuck to me. Heheh. 👊

But my body would need to heal all, right. I’m looking for the best workouts to heal all my skeletal issues, my back, my neck, shoulders, hips, pelvic, knees, ankles, feet, wrist, hands and fingers. If you have the workouts for me let me know asap.

@@jorgeortega5728 try knees over toes guy right here on KZread. Obviously work to your level but it’s probably years of regular exercise that needs some correction, this animal move stuff is likely where you want to be. Start slow and steady and like any other exercise go to your level and increase as it improves. I say this as I try to undo a shoulder injury…. Due to weights and years of neglect with flexibility training. Try strength side site and other animal flow vids. There loads to start off. Let’s start together and see what a year brings…. 🤞

i think it is improtant to keep butt above the level of knees, that did the trick for me. also i think it is improtant to start slowly and... make knees massage after each training! i started to do capoiera angola year ago and see how people destroy their joints without proper aftertraining self massage. You can call yoga self-massage too :) just keep blood and other liquids moving around body :D and DO NOT FORCE. ps. im 33yo skinny guy and im happy i still able to do all these movements. but i was having 3-4 trainings per week from 13 to 22yo, plus 5-15 min yoga every day last 4 years. so we are all different. Mr Viking, if you read this comment would it be possible to make healing tai chi course availiable for poor and happy people like me? i missed last summer sale and now i constantly coming back to this. Thank you 🙏☯️
