Always love when people are willing to present the time stamps.... ?Thanks, always
I am a 64 yr old woman. This is weird but this is so much easier than I thought it would be. I have been ill for a long time. I still have tried to stay flexible and mobile. I have done traditional hatha yoga, ballet, weight lifting, swimming, hiking and some tai chi. Even though I am not in great shape. I find this extremely easy. So gentle on the body. I guess the word to describe it best is natural. Who ever would have thought that moving this way felt so good! Keep it up!

James, why do you have a masculine name...?
The natural softness of your voice in combination with absolutely superhuman coordination and strength of your body.... this is a very explosive combination :-)

Dude. These exercises are tiring as hell. I'm surprised by how they've got me out of breadth so quick. But they're also fun. Cheers man

Sometimes the best workouts feel like you're not even working out at all :-)
This kind of exercise that makes use of every part of your body makes the experience of working out much more interesting. It's not simply building muscles and strength, but teaching you how to use your body in so many possible ways
I have never seen such a combination of fun and efficient training! Thank you a lot!!
I have to admit, this looks super fun ^_^ I tried them in the living room, and broke a sweat pretty quickly. So it's fun AND effective! In my eyes, the ideal combination for exercise. As an update, I'm doing your entire home workout routine, up to the advanced level now, and I added a few other things into it (like the crow pose, bicycle, toes-to-bar leg raises on the pull-up bar, and push-ups with hands at hip level). I honestly feel like this is getting me into the best shape of my life, and I'm actually enjoying the workouts. Thank you so much.

Fun - you said it! Exercise becoming play. I value this ethos a lot!
It's so cool that you even teach animal moves. I'm practise them for two years now and it's sadly that they aren't so popular as they should be. Glad to see that successfoul youtubers like you make videos about them. More of these👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Great workout! I´m a Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu practicioner and it´s amazing how this and the others climbers workouts fits very well in the the needs of BJJ.
Awesome
Love your stuff man.Keep it up!
This stuff is awesome thank you for posting these!
Totally going to try these! Thank you!
Animal locomotion! Your instructions are always extremely clear (eg the compass metaphor), thanks a lot for the awesome content!
You are an absolute legend. I love your videos and your presentation style. I always look forward to watching these.
Brilliant, as always! Thank you!
Honestly, your knowledge is bomb! ❤️
Absolutely beautiful. Your movement is pure art and so natural. Very energising to simply watch.
Wonderful! The perfect complement to your Rebalance + Rebuild video!
Thanks for a good and informative video! No bs, the movements are done slow and controlled so anyone can learn, not only the advanced. Good job!
U've kept the demo and description very easy to understand... thank u
Hell yeah! I've been remotely teaching PE for my students and using a lot of quadrupedal motion. It's a great way to kind of trick them into strength training, and adds a lot of fun and variety. I like it a lot for myself too!

I remember doing a quick game of this for some of my co-workers kids at Bring Your Kids to Work Day. Started off great, and ended with them just sprinting across the floor in the quickest way possible on all fours. Kids, lol.
thank you-- this is exactly the crawling finisher i was looking for... clear & calm
Very good video...clarity of picture and your great voice.....Loved it...
God bless you dude, you are like a climbing monk. You are bringing a much-needed meditative and controlled approach to my climbing. Thanks!

Thank you! That concrete was hot!
You're a love, Brother ❤ I'm not a climber, Just a beginer in calisthenics; and this is just an awesome warm up and cool down 😍
Ahh capoeira climber! Wonderful content! Axé!
good work
this stuff looks awesome. I gotta stick to the routine I am doing currently for a few weeks but I really want to start tying some of this stuff in and maybe set up a day for it for a while
Beautiful thanks
let's be a friend! I've been learning a lot of exercises from you, becoming a stronger climber every day! :)
Very interesting and effective for home workout 💪💪
Excelente rutina para poner el cuerpo a tono.
love it love it love it!, nothing else to say !!!
this is so helpful, I cant wait until it's warm outside and I can return to such workouts in a bigger space and try some of these. And now I finally understand better how to do the lizard move. I've seen it described as the spider walk or push up but I could never get the gist of how my arms and legs should be positioned. Now it's clearer. All of those look super fun, thanks :)
Good stuff
Terrific instructions and technique. Could you do a change of weather series - what to do with snow around -Winter, leaves falling - autumn, flowers - spring and hot weather - Summer. Thanks p.s. I LIKE TO RIDE A BIKE OUTSIDE AND SEE IT REALLY WARMS ME UP. Then, what could I do after a 20min. to 2-hour NYC commuter ride. It can be nerve racking when the cars and people don't cooperate, and you can barely go somewhere without ALMOST about to get hit -but don't. I like this outside setting.
Loved it, done it,.... Sweating
Awesome..
Wowow! Thank youuuuuuuu
Excelente 👏👏
Great !
It looks so easy - it is so arduous!
Hey man 👨 that's mind blowing, I ♥ it, I have subscribed to your channel 👍
This is gold¡!
You had my HEART bit. Who knew walking like reptiles, so changing? Safe and sound to you.
Ciao... Mi hai dato tanti spunti per variare i miei allenemti, riportando ai tuoi qualche modifica, senza camnoarli, ma abbianndoli ad altre cose... Love yuo.. 💕❤️
Great vid and selection of exercise, ido portal inspired! But could you please, please do a video of how to do the sequence at the start!! That was epic
I’m obsessed with animal flow! The change in me physically and mentally has been so rewarding. Thank you for sharing a beautiful flow. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
very interesting
Enjoy watching your videos, though it is not easy for me to do these movements. Still I will try...
I must do this
Nom nom nom, thanks
Genial!!
Thanks for sharing this well-made video (love the slow motion!). Hey, I believe you are missing out on one of the most important benefits of animal movement -- the healing (free-radical-clearing) benefits of contacting the earth directly. Concrete acts like insulation, and is not a good conductor of the earth's healing energy.
So cool new sub here I’m so going to try that bear crawl in my little workout I’ve started ! I’m very tight so looking for things to help loosen it up and be more flexible 👍
You capoeira looks solid ^^ wish I could still do that ^^
TY :)
Thank you Ido Portal

Lol, yea Ido was definitely one of my inspirations.
Bear: 0:38 Lizard: 3:53 Crab: 5:00 Handstand Walk: 5:49 Inch Worm: 7:14 for my proj^
I really like these kind of workouts. For a beginner how much time do I need to do it in a day?
Great stuff - fun and challenging. Thanks! Any tips for keeping the wrists happy? I'm feeling them after 20 minutes of locomotion. I went to fingertips instead of flat hands for the crab - helps the wrists, but feels like cheating because the extra few inches of elevation makes it a lot easier to move the feet forward.
Great workout! Also imagine seeing someone doing this in a park. I think I'd run in the opposite direction.
I would love to be able to do the bridge rotation at the end of this video. It would really bring together the bridge and the lizard/push-up stuff, but i lack the shoulder mobility
Awesome menagerie of motion. How can this turn into a cardio workout? 30s on, 15s off, or 1min on, 30s off for each movement?
Any recommendations for reps or time per Exercise? (e.g. 10 reps per side per exercise, or 1 min. per exercise, etc.)
I feel like a lot of these movements are really tough for beginners. I could only really do the bear and inch worm. Almost hurt myself trying to do the spin. I'll build up some more base fitness and lost a bit more weight and return to this, it seems really fun and just what I need to help me out with understanding how to move my body in unison better
Hi everyone!! I can’t find de Bridge Rotations video that mention, to see and lern the progression correctly. Thanksssss
5:36 kkkkk tu tá passando na rua tranquilo e você vê uma coisa dessas :)
Would these movements help with shoulder imbalance
do you fully lock the elbows and shoulders at the top of the handstand or just partially will do?
Hey guy you are the second guy i saw who mix capoeira mobility with escalade do you know William Bell from yamakasi and what is your group of capoeira? When you do your Oran outan you can mix with Meia lua de compasso. Axe
