#1 Mineral To CURE Puffy Eyes

The number 1 mineral to cure puffy eyes and dark circles (eye bags).
Eye bags, dark circles and puffiness around the eyes is caused by fluid retention in the interstitial spaces underneath the skin.
These are usually triggered by eating too many refined carbohydrates, poor eating habits or simply not getting enough vegetables in your diet.
Fortunately there are natural nutrients that can be used to get rid of puffy eyes, eye bags and dark circles such as potassium. In this video we discuss the benefits of potassium for puffy eyes, and how it can be used to remove fluid retention in the face.
You'll learn about the common signs of a potassium deficiency and how this affects the skin underneath your eyes, what foods to eat to boost your potassium (avocados, leafy greens etc)). And also an anti-aging drink recipe to cure eyebags and puffiness above or below the eyelids.

Great video and lots of good info. If you’re trying to intentionally eat a high potassium diet it’s important to obtain frequent electrolyte panels with a doctor bc the safe window for potassium is very small, abt 3.5-5. Anything too far outside of this window can severely affect muscle function, including the heart. Peace and blessings💝

Yep, hubby was taking it and drinking sports drinks and his heart rate went too high. Dr said if it had been 1 more point he would have to go into the hospital. I had him taking some but I didn't know he was taking that much ! I was on a diuretic which is supposed to spare your potassium. WRONG !! I have been to the ER twice with my potassium too low and wound up on prescription strength potassium. Im not on either anymore. For some reason when I dropped several pounds my blood pressure went down and my legs stopped swelling.

There are several things needed for proper thyroid function. You need selenium along with iodine. If you eat two Brazil nuts per day you get enough selenium per day. Watch Dr Eric Berg here on KZread for more on this subject.

Banana is a poor source of potassium. You would need to eat at least 12 bananas a day to meet your potassium requirements. Also bananas are higher in sugar than other veggies, which depletes potassium. For this reason, I don't usually recommend it. 💚

Humans need salt, its very important to survive as its a key electrolyte (sodium). Although too much salt can cause water retention, its a bad idea to stop consuming it completely. However if you get enough potassium this balances out the salt in your body and keeps the cells working properly to move fluids as they should. 💚
