Today we’re going to talk about how to get rid of puffy eyes and bags under the eyes. This is actually an internal problem.
Potential causes of puffy eyes:
1. A kidney problem
Any time there is a kidney problem, there is likely also a liver problem. The kidney is a detoxifier.
Potential causes of a kidney issue:
• Consuming too much cooked protein
• Not consuming enough vegetables
• Alcohol
• MSG
• Sugar
• Prostate enlargement
Remedies:
• Consume 3-6 oz. of protein with each meal
• Consume 7-10 cups of vegetables a day
• Consume kidney beans
2. High blood sugars
Wherever the sugar goes, the water goes. People that have blood sugar issues like hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, or diabetes have a lot of water retention.
What you could do if you have a blood sugar issue:
• Consume 3-6 oz. of protein with each meal
• Consume 7-10 cups of vegetables a day
• Consume healthy fats to help you go from one meal to the next without snacking

Once I started questioning her she learned to aske me what I would like to do. Usually ends up with a blood test (which I don't mind) to find the real issue. From there I make the choice and ask her: what do you recommend I do without taking drugs. She learned to accept my decisions and now she tells me: let's try your way first and I see you again if you don't feel/see any changes.

This is my 4th week on 16:8 fasting and reduction of carbs and increase of vegetable and I can already see the puffiness above my eyes gone and under my eyes are reduced much more. And my face is also less bloated. This change of eating schedule (16:8) is the best thing I have to allow my body to rest and clean itself from fat and toxin. Most of my diabetic symptoms are gone. I must say I owe it greatly to Dr. Berg. Thank you Doc.

There has GOT to be something going, though. I suppose you can do EVERYTHING right and still have a kidney issue. There are so many variables that can cause organs not to work as they should. The 3 main things that cause issues, are trauma, toxins and thoughts you can add technology to that as well. Remember, allopathic docs aren't schooled to look for root causes.
