I live in Tennessee, US, and I found this show about 5 years ago.. This is one of the Greatest shows Ever... When I started researching why there were only 3 seasons, It broke my heart to find out the story of Dermot Morgan was gone... I can't watch the last episode because of the last scene when Ted says goodnight to everyone... It brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it.. I think this show is in the top 3 ever made.. Father Ted, Still Game, Mrs. Brown's Boys, Peaky Blinders, Seinfeld, are my Top shows Ever made...I watch at least 2 episodes of Father Ted everyday... I'm trying to get over there to Ted fest, soon as I can.. Who was your favorite character from Father Ted??? Tough choice huh??

Holland built the first practical sub, but in the U.S. civil war at least 3 subs were made . Hunley, Pioneer ( by same team of experts ) and one other called the St John’s after where it was found by unknown people . This was only 10 -15 years earlier than when Holland submitted the plans . None of the subs were very effective and were built by acknowledged experts so NAvy was not as stupid as it sounds. Batteries , electric motors and engines.needed to be developed in 1875 that were not there then developed enough for use.

Of course, all inventors are standing on the shoulders of previous innovators. But those previous innovators didn't make the final product. Excellent video. My Dad told me about him as one of the famous men of Clare. Funny you mentioning James Martin. My Dad was one of eight boys from Kilkee (Rahaniska & Tarmon). Five of the boys left for London in the 50's for work. Two of them including my Dad went to Martin & Baker. He left there but his brother stayed there for life. He has some pics from those days in the 50's where he played for their Tug of War Team where they played in a league against other companies in the area. Goodness knows where Tug of War is played these days. And talking of Rahaniska, it reminds me of their neighbour who was famous and perhaps someone that you could do a video of as she certainly has some history! A certain Katheleen Talty. If the name doesn't ring a bell, google her name with Kilkee and you'll come across a cracker of a story. If your not familar with Rahaniska, it's an area you would pass through between Keane's Oyster Bar by Lisdeen Church down towards St Martins Well. Great work again. Take care.

Take care.
Awesome work! And cool story!
