    Hi, I have downloaded all the project files but can't seem to locate the 001_dynamic_ropes folder or the 'Therapy' folder that is shown after 3.21 mins of your tutorial. I'm keen to get this working so any advice would be a huge help. Thanks

    Hello I'm using R20 W/ octane and I was wondering how to get the uv mapping correct. The texture seems to move on its own differently from the motion of the actual Rope sim which is a cool trippy effect but not the desired outcome.

    Thanks in advance for this tutorial, really nice and gracefull. But one question that´s making me crazy: why my plane geometry keeps increasing the height when the emitter starts acting on it? Have i missed something on the settings? Thx a lot

  • @SimulationTherapy
    @SimulationTherapy3 жыл бұрын

    Hello, I would have to see a preview of what you are talking about so I can assist, but in general if the length of the plane is increasing once you start the simulation is because your cloth is not stiff enough.

    Hello Simulation Therapy, Thank you for your video. I have a question. when I import the jpeg file (Master) into Alchemist, the visual result is very different from yours. I do not have those nicely defined curved surfaces. what I have is pretty flat. Do you know if this is an issue of illustrator or alchemist? Are you working with some predefined settings on alchemist? Thank you

  • @SimulationTherapy
    @SimulationTherapy3 жыл бұрын

    Hello, I was using everything at default settings. I would suggest YouTubing how to use Substance 3D Sampler as that is what Alchemist has turned into.

    Hello! Thanks for this tutorial, if I had to define it, I would say that it is very essential and concrete. Only one thing I didn't understand. What are the "DRAG" and "Macro" values for. Thanks again

  • @SimulationTherapy
    @SimulationTherapy3 жыл бұрын

    Hello, drag is a force acting opposite to the relative motion of any object moving with respect to a surrounding fluid. The macro daemon is designed to mimic the kinds of effects seen in high-speed photography of real-life liquids, with individual droplets and jets breaking away from the main body of the fluid.
