Hello Simulation Therapy, Thank you for your video. I have a question. when I import the jpeg file (Master) into Alchemist, the visual result is very different from yours. I do not have those nicely defined curved surfaces. what I have is pretty flat. Do you know if this is an issue of illustrator or alchemist? Are you working with some predefined settings on alchemist? Thank you

Hello, I was using everything at default settings. I would suggest YouTubing how to use Substance 3D Sampler as that is what Alchemist has turned into.

Lol. It’s called Paperspace. Works on Mac and PC. Basically a cloud PC that you can access from any device with an internet connection. WOOT

@@SimulationTherapy Hey, so your pc is basically next to your mac and you render to it and it renders virtually back to your mac screen immediately? Have I got that right?

Still thinking about your set-up :) what software apart from paper space do you use to do this? Is Deadline involved or is different software working on the PC besides Windows and is it your own PC or the cloud from Paperspace? I think this is a great pipeline as a Mac user. eGPU's are useful but not ideal. Thanks

Simeon Jeffrey kind of. For all my tutorials up until recently, I was using PaperSpace.com to access a virtual PC. I can access it via a web browser or using the official app. The syncing is done via Google Drive. Both my “virtual” PaperSpace PC and my physical MAC have Google Drive installed, and I have specific folders that I work in for work / personal / tutorials, that automatically sync in the BG all day. So if I’m working in my C4D folder on my MAC, if that folder is also synced on the PC, then any data that gets written to that folder on my MAC, get synced to the cloud and to the PC... and that same concept works the other way around. Hope that answers your question!

Simeon Jeffrey I forgot to mention, that I now have a physical PC sitting next to my MAC, and I’m still syncing using google drive. Nothing has changed workflow wise, just ditched Paperspace virtual pc for the physical ting. Hope that helps!
