I notice the sweet popcorn had 1 gram of sugar and 1 gram added sugar , why don't you include the added sugar?
I usually just say the sugar because it includes the added sugar! I only mention the added sugar if it seems on the higher side because I try to watch out for that

Hey I have a question. I am not having any weight loss on the program. Staying within my points but could I be over eating the zero point foods? Thanks
Do you usually eat your weeklies and do you feel like you’re eating enough? It is of course possible to technically overeat zero point foods but the program is designed so that most zero point foods are high in fiber and protein which help you stay fuller making them a little more difficult to overeat. When I started ww I was scared to use my weeklies but found I had more success when I started using them and spacing them out each day

I’ve been on WW for 2 months now and have been watching a ton of your videos. They have been extremely helpful to me so far for food ideas because I found myself eating the same things over and over. What are your thoughts about using some/most of your weeklies? I’ve seen so many opinions on this. Some people say to eat them because otherwise you aren’t getting enough calories and other people say not to because you won’t lose any weight.

I love how you ended the video saying you never stop eating the things you enjoy. I think that’s the key. Living a balanced lifestyle eating everything in moderation. I’m not trying to loose weight myself since I’m 140 pounds and been on my ideal weight my entire adulthood but I love watching this type of video that motivate people to eat better and healthier.
