We make our dip with either a Ranch seasoning packet. Or Knorr Vegetable Mix also in a packet. We mix it right in the yogurt container (the 32 oz size). We let it sit overnight in the fridge & it’s the best dip. Either one is very good. I usually have some with my lunch every day. It makes the veggies easier to get down !

I’m shocked that this is your first time trying the Greek yogurt & onion mix! It’s reallly good with corn thins sea salt flavor! I also like to add it to sandwiches instead of mayo!! You guys should do a video of trying different dips with Greek yogurt I think that would be fun to see!! Thanks for sharing

you can do the greek yogurt with ranch seasoning. back in the day, the blending of cottage cheese and then add the french onion. there is also a cottage cheese queso - but I have never made it.

Another amazing post! I eat the full fat yogie and they definitely vary on how tart they might be even when the sugar is exactly the same. I use yogie in yogie bowls, chia pudding and def as a replacemt of sour cream that I've never frequently used. Best, from Colorado!

Nikki, we bought this at Kroger, but most stores carry this brand. I had a Healthy Choice cafe Steamer Beef Merlo for dinner yesterday. It was really delicious & had a lot of flavor. I even considered getting a piece of bread to get all of the sauce, but I didn’t. Last week I had a couple other flavors & they’ve all had great flavors. You might want to add more veggies as it’s not a huge serving. I love these types of videos. There’s always something I decide to try.

Hi guys, I love French onion dip and can’t wait to try onion soup mixed in Greek yogurt. Do you used the nut butters any other ways besides mixed into yogurt? Like maybe drizzled on your apple nachos? Love your videos❤

Hidden valley makes a buffalo and fiesta ranch dip mix. I like to mix one with a tub of ff cottage cheese and then use an immersion blender to get rid of the chunks. They’re both really good. They work with Greek yogurt too of course but I like the flavor with the cottage cheese a little better.

I look forward to the snacks taste tests the most. :) The nacho tortilla chips from the beginning are delicious but they are 140cals and 8g fat for 11 chips and 28g which is identical to real Doritos (including the fat) so I guess I dont see the point of them since they were much pricier? I’ve been doing this French onion dip for years . I also put one to two tablespoons of light Mayo in it .

I love these videos :). I would love if you guys would do a Creami video. We are thinking about buying one but I’m on the fence because I’m not sure how to make low point ice creams with it.

I use the Fage 2% to make ranch dip with a seasoning packet. The 2% is so much better.

Fage is the BEST yogurt! Greeks only buy Fage in the US because it's close to the yogurt they have in Greece. Cape Cod (40% less fat) potato chips have 130 calories for 19 chips They are really good! I don't like it when companies make misleading claims like "speeds up metabolism and burns fat".

You have to try the unreal Bara at cosci just like Almond joy without the almonds 1 gram of sugar!

The SALT in that onion dip is high. I have made the dip with sour cream for years. Recently realized my blood pressure goes up after eating it. Realized it’s the salt. Especially with salty chips.

Hey Nikki...I've been doing the Greek Yogurt and mix for a long time. Try using the Hidden Valley Ranch packet, too. I believe it's something like 2 points for 8 tsps. It's really good, too. Loved the snack revew!

You can make your own mug cakes with cake mix and water and microwave for less points. WW recipe from long ago.

@@robinodowd458 3 2 1 cake. Mix a box of angel food cake mix with any flavor box of cake mix. To make the individual cake 3 tablespoons of the mix and 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave for 90 seconds. 3 points on WW.

I found American nut butters tasted weird and artificial compared to nuts and more. I tried something like 6 or 7 flavors and ended up throwing them all away.
