I’m so glad to hear! It’s been tough but I like to stick to a routine when I can 🤪

If you process zucchini, peel them, then put them through a food processor skews all the water out of then, using paper towels or a tea towel. I put them in 1/2 cups portions and freeze them. I like to use them in a cake mix or even quick breads. Good way to use them to bulk up the quick bread recipe. And to get more veggies in the bread and for me!😊😊😊

The rule of thumb is if it is not in the fridge or cooler at the store you don’t keep in the fridge either

Great haul. They have a small apple slicer. I use it and put the apple slices with peanut butter

Those vital farms pastured raised eggs absolutely taste better than other eggs. Ive had chickens for ten years and am so spoiled on fresh eggs that the battery cage eggs actually make me sick. Vital farms is the closest in taste to my chickens eggs and I always buy them in the winter when my chickens stop laying as much.

Mmm, I definitely want to try those sesame good thins!Have you tried Yasso bars yet? So yummy. My faves are the salted carmel and mint chocolate chip.

Hey Nikki. Just wanted to mention that you shouldn’t keep your onions in the fridge. You’ll have to google why cause now I forget, but I read that a long time ago and now just keep them in the pantry.

I mix a plain nonfat yogurt with Dannon yogurt. Or my oikos.

I get jealous hearing you have an apple at night after every meal for 0 points. It use to be that way for me. This time joining WW my Dr. told me to select - diabetic (as in pre-diabetic).
