I make almost the exact same pasta but I use a tiny bit of chicken broth and melt a laughing cow into it instead of balsamic glaze. It’s really good with spinach too!

I'm definitely going to add the pasta dish to my meal prep on Sunday ...I tend to use too much sauce when I have pasta so I am looking forward to seeing how it tastes with just the tomato juices and balsamic...thanks for taking the time to keep sharing recipes! Good luck moving!!

The ones I used were from Trader Joe’s but they also sell the brand bibigo that are pretty much the same at Walmart, meijer and sometimes Costco!
