Semi sweet? Milk or dark chocolate? Because here we only get milk and dark so i am not sure which one to buy

3hours cooking time for only 2 cans? 😦 I think, it has an option to shorten ways of doing it. Pressure cooked, low heat, soaked, boil 45minutes. Then let it cool to prevent from exploding.

This cake looks very dark which usually means Dutch processed cocoa was used, but I’m assuming the inclusion of baking soda means that this is regular cocoa, correct? Also, what percentage of cacao is the dark chocolate you used for the ganache?
