hindi po. need nya ung gata kse pag niluto ung gata nag mamantika sya. pag tubig lng ginamit, matutuyo sya agad. magiging halos tinapay sya.
I had rice flour lying around and wanted to try making this. I couldn’t get it to that sticky consistency you got to after turning it for 10-15 mins. Is there a difference between glutinous rice flour and plain rice flour when it comes to making espasol?

Yes, “glutinous” rice is what makes it sticky

Glutinous rice or sweet rice has way more starch.
