Privacy laws need to be updated to protect people. These are dangerous.
What good are laws if they are impossible to enforce and the law breakers are operating from another country? Also such laws do not stop criminals from using clandestine means to zero in on you for scams or more physical crime since they will be impossible to trackt since they are operating from a virtual private network. I recommend you have a VPN service operating on all your devices.
It won't matter. They do what they want and as you can see by their lack of protecting their own nations... it will be used against the population if they get out of line. Wake up & SMELL THE COFFEE. Thanks. I now have some ideas to work on. We need to get the people that are living on the streets to go to town meetings to help the committee to stop putting people in the streets & other problems . This to me would do many things fore our problems facing the U.S.. Build from the bottom up with the "Swarm Power". This will make US great again.

I'm a first year engineering student in India. I'm interested in swarm robotics. Can you guide me ? Which language should I study? C++ or python?
In the program I am in we are first learning python and will then be learning C++. So, maybe it will be best to learn both.
Don't worry, you still have a long path ahead of you
It depends on what side you want to go on c++ will be for programming the robot themselves on the firmware side while python will be more useful for generating the path of the swarm, user control, logging flight paths, etc. but you should really know a little bit of both even if you do want to specialize in one side or the other.
You should learn Polish, becouse we own the whole world (north and south Pole)
