A couple of years ago, I travelled on Class 375 Electrostar service from Sittingbourne, which would have started at Dover Priory. Because they were doing work on the Brixton Junction and also around Catford, they diverted the services between Bromley South and Victoria to run via the Beckenham loop, Lewisham, Denmark Hill, and through Clapham High Street before switching back to the Chatham Main Line into Victoria. It also made an extra stop at Beckenham Junction. I have been told that the 465/9s (former first-class units) and the 2-car 466 Networkers are supposed to be withdrawn in December, with Southeastern being loaned some more Class 377s from Southern. This will only be possible because the 30 former Stanstead Express & Greater Anglia Class 379s are moving to Great Northern, and Southern will get some of their Class 387s.
