Don't think it a cookie cutter station, 100% does have character. Great video TFL Three and that's a great advantage having 3 people as both of you can take the 1st trains in each direction!

It's definitely got something. Very spacious, open and airy. . . Much in the same style as an Elizabeth Line station.

I think that Brent Cross West station will not only serve Brent Cross and the shopping centre but also Stacey Corner retail park and the whole area of Brent Cross. Don’t forget that East Linton station is to open next week on Wednesday 13th December.

Lovely station I have to say. I like how it’s been designed like an airport terminal just like at Gatwick Airport as the station at Gatwick Airport was redeveloped and looks lot better than it was before. Awesome stuff.

Those nice looking roads outside can’t be used. There are barriers to stop anyone driving there. If I want to drive someone to the station I need to go right around to the other side…passing Cricklewood station as I go! Those digital displays on the platform only tell you the ultimate destination of a train, not where it’s stopping. The old displays at Cricklewood are far more useful.

Re: Bin rant I believe bins were removed from stations in the eighties after Irish Nationalist groups put bombs in the station bins (or threatened to put them in bins) so there are few if any bins inside the stations and the bin shown was outside the station. Have you noticed that the Northern line platforms at the Charing Cross underground have the Eleanor Cross murals by David Gentleman have litter bins in the mural design yet the bins are not in use. Should there be a campaign to reopen the bins?

Nice review. By the way, what is the station for? - does connect well with the buses on the N.Circular? is it near enough to the shopping centre to be use ful for people carrying lots of bags? Is there going to be lots of new housing on disused railway land?
