    Hi love the video just received mine and mounted it! I used those plastic clamps for the roof rack and they just seem cheap to me seems like it’s held snug but not sure if I trust it with water in. Did you change yours for a beefier one and if so which or did you always use the plastic? Thanks

    @AdventureBuilt Since the IronMan 4x4 - Foam Cell Pro shocks is a twin tube but a mega beefy twin tube shocks with a large 45mm piston. Compare to bilstein B6/4600 shocks are monotube with also massive 46mm piston. Which shocks are better? Which rides better? Which one handles better? Which one has better bodyroll reduce? What’s the price difference? What is the warranty for the Foam Cell Pro? Where as bilstein 4600 had a lifetime warranty? And since 4600 are great for not only for mild off-road, but also great for daily use. Can the IronMan 4x4 - Foam Cell Pro is great for daily use, and not use for off-road? And what is the price difference? Let say on 5th gen Toyota 4Runner.

  • @AdventureBuilt
    @AdventureBuilt7 күн бұрын

    So I can get into to all those details but I will tell you this. My brother has 155k miles on his original Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro kit and it is just now showing signs of age. On the good side Foam Cell Pro shocks are completely rebuildable. Bilstein has a lifetime warranty but are not rebuildable so when they are done, they are done. If I had to by any of my suspensions again I would buy Ironman Foam Cell pro. That being said I have never owned a bilstein 4600 kit for my Tacoma so I can’t make any side by side comparisons. Hope this is helpful.

    I bought one of those Drain Tools after my last oil change and making a mess with those useless plastic inserts. Haven't used it yet, but I know it will work. Several KZreadrs say to leave the drain cap on and just remove the whole filter cap. After watching a couple of them remove the cap without draining it and making a 10 times bigger mess than the plastic insert makes I hurried and ordered one. Wish i'd have known about those sooner. I think one of my favorite parts is the adjustable length part of this invention. I am 5'1", and having something I can adjust to my height is great! I've run into lots of sleeping items be unnecessarily long: 83/84 inches long is upsetting because they take up unnecessary space i could use for other things. I understand lots of people are tall, but not everyone is. Know what i mean?

Your Cart is not the best by far ..... but, if you only have One Person and crawling up a steep hill - that is less than what many units (BUT, EXPENSIVE) can do. I can run up 25% grade with Four Persons on board. ( EZGO / CLUB CAR / YAMAHA ) GBjj
