    yall do NOT stir the yogurt right after it first ferments cuz u will make it have some weird clumps. U have to let it settle in the fridge n get cold then after an hour or so u can stir it without creating clumps

    THIS IS WHY THIS WORKS: A big part of why this is effective is most of the foods he's consuming contain L-Glutamine. I optimized my diet around foods that contain Glutamine. I also supplement with 20 Grams per day. It's been a MIRACLE in my inflammation. I was in the worst flare of my life and from day one of starting Glutamine, I started feeling better. I was in remission in days. Yes you need to incorporate healthy diet and exercise also. Do a food journal find out what foods are good for you and not good. Consume fermented food and prebiotic. You can heal without meds!! TRY L GLUTAMINE!!! It's a game changer I promise!!

    thanks for the great video. BTW, I notice you use the Athony's Organic. I had the worst experience with the brand for coconut chips and cocoa nibs, ~1/3 of them has mycotoxins gave me terrible headaches and gas even though I kept them in frizzer and before expiration dates. I haven't used it since.

    Lol good point. I avoid a lot of polysaccharides, following the SCD diet loosely. That being said I feel my body does good with certain carbs, like white rice, so I keep those in pretty consistently. Sorry for the confusion! (So yes, I avoid a lot of carbohydrates, but still consume specific ones)

    I've been making this yogurt for more than a year and it's great. Very good health benefits. I had a few failed batches recently which had almost no taste after using my well practised method that worked great before. Eventually I worked out the quantity of L Reuteri in the BIOGAIA tablets varies a lot with some of them having almost no L Reuteri so it did not matter how much I tried these batches would not work. Fortunately I had some nice tart L Reuteri yogurt in my fridge from earlier batches which I then used as seed for more yummy tart yogurt. It appears that the manufacturing process of the tablets is inconsistent with some tablets having such a low culture count the result after 36 or even 42 hours was just tasteless and flat.

  • @team_honnas
    @team_honnas11 күн бұрын

    Wow, glad you got your liver enzymes checked. I'm really not sure and am definitely not a doctor. However, from a cursory internet search, it seems that indigo naturalis has been reported to cause elevated liver enzymes in some people. Potential reasons are pre-existing liver problems, high doses or prolonged use of indigo naturalis, or it might just be due to the indigo itself. Glad your doctor caught it- definitely recommend following your doc's advice!

    I get the frustration. My goal has always been for the information that helped me get better to be completely free on my channel. My bootcamp series is free (kzread.info/head/PLFg7hdmOnjfXH8GD-6TlfQTbIZRux7ldL) and then here is an article I wrote a while back listing what I think are some of the most important videos on my channel that communicate what I think is some of the most important information: www.teamhonnas.com/blog/you-dont-need-a-coach-how-to-improve-your-gut-health-on-your-own-for-free. The Biome Optima course on my website is not free, but there isn't any new information in there that isn't already on my channel. The course is just a convenience because it's laid out in a much more organized and succinct way. I hope this at leasts gets you started and I'm wishing you good health.

    When i had panic attacks , i went on youtube to find how to fix myself, found a lot of people like both of these guys who went through something , experimented a lot and then instead of summarizing their tips and advice and helping people for free, they elongaaaate the talks , and then create courses and programs for people to buy , in order to receive the full help , I hate this shiut. by the way i have crohns's disease and am on biologics and i am healthy as hell , doing great , find a good doctor and stick to their advice and their words, also educate yourself , everyone's IBD is different , things that work for one person does not work for another, read about Crohn's read about UC , read about your condition and try what you think is best for you. do not FOLLOW KZreadRS.

Also as a D.C, Thomas is recognized more so than an N.D. in the USA on both a federal & state level. And I always use the words "cherry pick" as well, because I follow so many people in the IBD and general health and wellness space. But this 83 minutes was so jam packed with information, some of which I had never heard before. There's soooo many layers to this and other auto-immune disorders.
