Another way to think of "here a little, there a little": We won't know everything there is to know all at once but as we mature and continue to study God's Word we will understand more and more.
@@leah.terry-knit_spin_read it’s true we will see more as we mature. I think though that some will take one verse of scripture and build a whole theology around it to their detriment and God is warning against it. The whole of that section in Isaiah is so powerful.

Thank you for your review! I will not be purchasing this book for my library. It was being considered as little as a week ago after another person did a quick review. I am convinced now, that it does not fit with my Bible library.

I got the Holy Ghost with the KJV. It has kept me for 33 years. I'm going to stick to it. ❤
That's why I only read the KJV.
I like that KJV has been around hundreds of years. I feel other translations can be helpful with some old English phrases … but often strongs can help just as much

I struggle with memory and remembering where a specific verse/ topic is and often struggle to find it within scripture. But this will really help me during times of prayer and intersession! It’s been so helpful. I do it with the Bible I use to study the Bible for other types of concepts like righteousness by faith, seal of God, Prophecies of Jesus, antichrist, satan etc. so helpful for that day we might not have google because we can’t buy or sell

I believe it shouldn’t matter who created it, as long as you’re praying and being in God’s word. Also, everyone is different, and yet, have the same ideas, it’s just set up differently. That’s what I love about people thinking alike, but are different as well.

Lately my orders from Christian book dist. are not shipped promptly. They have problems with the postal system. Nothing moves forward and takes much longer. Even when paying extra for postage the pkg. Moves so slow. My last order from CBD took 6 weeks while it sat in Memphis,TN. Poor business. Sorry for your damaged bibles they are good for that also.

I love that you’re transferring notes and plan to give it to your kids. It is a way for our kids to look back and see the world through our view for a little while. It I priceless. I wish my parents and grandparents did the same.

I just google each category and add KJV after the word so that google knows it’s a Bible verse. For example anger KJV Love KJV Typically you will get several sites with lists of Bible verses you can choose from

And I'm trying to force myself to make a habit to read it every day. But the Bible is so full and ri've so much information. There in no "one way" to do this correctly. Everyone will have a different Bible , tabs, highlighters, pens, paper and other accessories. They also have different prayer requests. More importantly we all have a unique relationship with God. He loves all of equally. Even so, we all have a different path. If i was to put tabs in my Bible it would have to nake since to me. Personally, I do better with liststs and charts. Think soreadsheets. I may print out a blank spreadsheet and add information as needed. I can fold it and put it in the Bible. It is easier for me to see what im looking at all laid out. Creating a blank document with a chart is easy. I can use pens and highlighters on the paper chart. I just got this idea as I'm typing my comment. I will make it this week and see what happens.

@@biblenotetakingwithkatie not at all. I was saying that as a reminder that we all can do things differently. Maybe some people will put off making a prayer, study or journal Bible in fear that they will do it the "wrong way ". I just wanted to encourage others to use their own creative methods. My intention was to add that it's OK to do whatever. Your method works. It is interesting and efficient. I was enriched for watching. It is probably easier than my method, but we all have to do whatever works to get us in the Bible. The Bible needs to be at the center and not get lost. I'm sorry if I came across anyway discouraging. It wasn't intentional. Texts often lack sensitivity and sometimes sound worse than spoken words.

I love you both as a born again Christian I was looking for ways to read the bible and pray on KZread I found your videos and many other creators that just helped so much... this idea is so inspiring and helpful... I gravitated towards Jessica's way because I'm an artist and crafter and it has been wonderful to combine the gift that God gave me as an artist and his word... wow... love it I really enjoy praying in my colorful mess of a bible that I take with me everywhere... So Thank you so much you are amazing! See It doesn't really matter who did it first what matters is that you help others ... God Bless you.

Ty!!! I miss it so much. I got asked to teach a class on Bible note taking at the end of June and so all my efforts have gone into that. Hopefully soon I’ll finish that project.

This video might have been posted 5 months ago when I first saw it, but I have to say that it has blessed me and I know that God helped me to stumble across it just when I was needing it. Please don't be surprised to find a request from an odd email address pop up in your inbox requesting your printables. This has touched me in a way that is truly amazing especially as I stumbled across it while dealing with one of my migraines and I was actually looking for soothing worship music to listen to.

I just got that exact KJV notetaking bible! I plan on making a spiritual warfare bible out of it. I have some ideas and I will be expanding on it. Your bible notes/ideas etc. are so very inspiring! Where do you get all the inserts you use in your bible?

Just found your channel on Friday, and starting from the beginning. Taking lots of notes, and getting lots of good ideas, I've never added a page for notes in my Bible, but I will try (and hopefully succeed - i'm not very crafty) and hopefully be able to add more. Thanks so much.

ITS the law of love that is the bond of perfection.You can keep the saturday Sabbath and still not love.And you can not keep the saturday Sabbath and still love.Case in point,recently in Africa,the Seventh Day Adventist church fully supported African leaders in passing laws criminalizing homosexuality and abortion.Homosexuals have been killed because of this.SDA N.A.D remains silent on this collusion of African Adventists in helping to pass these laws.This is the same track Adventists pursued in Hitlers germany.Hitler allowed Adventists to keep their Saturday Sabbath,and german SDA churches supported Hitler in killing many people,including members.LOVE stand for judgement and rightousness.We don't condone homosexuality,but the greater sin is helping to make laws having homosexuals killed,or abortion partakers killed.And being silent is worst of all.

Ellen G Whites focus on Satan's sin being jealous of Christ is a bit misleading.Satans original sin was PRIDE,and all other of his sins stemmed from this pride.Adventist carry much pride in their insistence in sayi g that unless one keep the saturday Sabbath,one will not enter the kingdom of God.Just because one does not believe that keeping the saturday Sabbath is necessary,dosen't mean one dosen't believe in keeping all the other commandments.Adventists are legalists,and works oriented.
I have never heard an SDA say that keeping the sabbath is what saves you. The Bible, in Exodus 32:13,17, says that it is the sign that God is the who sanctifies us (we don’t sanctify ourselves - in other words not works based). And also says that Sabbath shows we are worshipping the correct God of creation; not a god of our own making. Have you looked at Isa 56? It says the Sabbath is how the “son of the stranger” (gentiles) joins himself to the Lord. The Sabbath is “taking hold of the covenant”. …How we become one people … for there are neither jews nor greeks but ONE people. There will be many “sabbath keepers” who are NOT saved in end… because it is only about a relationship with God. Christ /His righteousness is what saves us. We are told in the Old and New Testament that He will write His laws on our hearts … and Rev 12:17; 14:12; 22:14 shows us He has written those commandments on our hearts. If you keep the Sabbath in order to be saved or to think it will save you, that is a very serious problem … also if you know God says keep My Sabbath and you don’t then do you really love God? John 14:15-31; 1John 5:1-5
@@biblenotetakingwithkatie Ellen G White herself said it will come down to they who keep the Sunday Sabbath or the saturday Sabbath.Sunday keeping is the Mark of the beast and Saturday keeping is the Mark of God.I keep the Saturday Sabbath because I want to be as much like Christ as possible.I know all the arguments and positions, I own and have read most of what EG White has written.as well as generations of Adventist writings.I firmly side with Desmond Ford and his stand on the Investigative judgement not holding water.All considered,EG White was not a special prophet the SDA church makes her out to be.I do believe our church pioneers and Ellen were right about many,many things,particularly about the end time US religious powers joining hands with the Catholic powers and forming a system that will try to enforce morality,not particularly Sunday versus saturday.That Katie is upon us right now with the current Project 2025,the is poised to be put into law.JUST like in truth their were more Sunday keepers than Sabbath keepers killed as heritics by the Papal athouritys during the Albengensian Crusades,this final conflict dosen't hinge on saturday/Sunday keeping.Its about a percentage of religious athouritys that wants to dominate and control and destroy the other percentage of religious belivers(the majority) including their own legitimate Sunday keepers.A large portion of SDA's will join forces with this Beast system as in Hitlers germany and Rawanda,and Apartied africa,and persecute and help kill both Sunday and Saturday Sabbath keepers.And not to put to fine point forward,what covenant are you referring to,the old covenant that was put away or the new coveant,and I don't believe it can e both.One kills and the other leads to life.Holy Sabbath to you Katie
The old covenant was the people saying “all that you say WE will do”. The new covenant is realizing we need God to do all of it in us. We need to be new covenant!! And despite the wording- new covenant is not new testament because the new covenant is found throughout the old testament. So, you mention - you - keep the Sabbath because you want to be like Jesus. That’s the whole point of it… to walk as He walked; and ask for Christ’s help. The problem comes in when you say “God asks me to do it this way but I will do it this other way instead”. We see this exemplified with Cain and Abel… You mention the Dark Ages… if you look at the reformers, they came out one truth at a time. The sabbath truth was the last truth to be realized. It’s amazing to see this progression with the reformers. I have a chart I created showing each of the reformers that came out… the timing is AMAZING!
