It’s painful to listen to all of these people misdiagnose the problem and show horn in all of their biases and pre inceptions as the answer. Here are the numbers that matter. In 2022 the fertility rate of women who had children was 2.5-2.6. Roughly the same rate as it was in 1972. What changed? In 1972 roughly 5% of women did not have children. In 2022 it was more like 25%. Of those that did not have children, roughly 20% stated they did not want children. The others waited to long and had fertility issues, couldn’t find the right partner, etc. Listening to people prescribe solutions who have put so little effort into properly diagnosing the problem is a sincere waste of time.
Religion/faith also plays a role as fertility rates are far lower in people who identify as agnostic or athiest.

Is Russia gaining advantage in Ukraine? The answer is simple: Just ask yourself if Ukraine has lost any territories to Russia? Also, ask yourself if various sanctions of the west against Russia have been effective or counterproductive?
This discussion is more in line with the England that I love. The peace that is suggested would be a victory of sorts for Ukraine. Sure, Ukraine would lose significant territory, but at least it will prevent Russia from annexing Odessa, a mostly Russian speaking city which would be a disaster for Ukraine in losing their only remaining sea port. The Ukrainian military has largely been destroyed. They do not have time to train the new recruits before sending them to the front line. I have heard reports that most are killed within a day or two.
