Hi Nikki! It’s Pam! 😃. I def. Need to look at detoxing! It ads frustration to your day when you know there are things you need to get done. I’m watching as I get ready for church. Better not be late! 😂

I need to try this. I've become so attached to my phone. If I leave the house without it I'm turning back around to go get my phone.

Firstly, yes, I am on the phone a lot! But as a 911 dispatcher, and I'm also dating a Law Enforcement Officer, my/our whole world revolves around having 24/7/365 uninterrupted access to Wi-Fi, the internet, and my phone connection. So we do feel weird without that. But I am also connected to friends, colleagues, co-workers, and family, and we always call, text, and check on each other, especially with the country all riled up and the weather so crazy. We have family and friends in many states that are affected by this horrible weather and everything going on on several college campuses. Connection is EVERYTHING!! And yes, sometimes our phones are present at the dinner table, too. But it's job-related. My boyfriend and I are also emergency blood donors... and have to go immediately to save lives!! But I think you're missing the point... WEATHER ALERTS AND AMBER ALERTS, WE MUST HAVE OUR ALERTS/NOTIFICATIONS ON AND LOUD SO WE CAN MOVE QUICKLY AND GET OUR FAMILY AND PETS SAFE. DEAR OFFICER - THIS IS MY BOYFRIEND AND I ---- kzread.info/dash/bejne/lJ5_mst-dcrbdZs.htmlsi=THwN1oYH5FKi6yl0 A digital detox isn't happening anytime soon in our house!

WOW! Nikki, this is the first planner video I’ve seen that is for a business owner. Thanks, for posting. Added tip. As a consultant I use my notebook to keep track of client information, meeting notes and follow up. I really like having one to-do list in my planner and I’ll adopt that idea.

A book has been on my heart for years and I just keep pushing it off. In fact, multiple book ideas. I have so many journals and papers in file folders sorted by each different book. We have 6 kids and 3 are now grown and life feels more open to be able to write. I currently do catering and have no idea how that happened. lol. Was not planned just kinda exploded on it's own:)

😂oh my goodness….. this is a GAME CHANGER!! Girl if only you could see my purse 👜 right now!!! 😅 I have to save receipts for taxes etc… I have all kinds of clutter but it’s items I use daily …. Allergy/asthma meds…. Lotion for dry hands… odds and ends…. And it looks terrible!! This really inspired me to go buy some small bags to hold everything nicely 🎉❤

You may remember helping me with my office and kitchen spaces. You even shared insights to help me through my surgery. It's soooo good to see you and I love the transparent chat. You continue to inspire me to create a beautiful space. Sending hugs - Kristina

I took a tally to see how I did on the list, and not too bad!! but I do have to consecrate on so harder than others... making sure that I eat a balanced meal for energy and for turning work off at closing hours... It's about time to take control of the situation and make sure that I am not only taking care of the office responsibilities but my personal ones too!! Thanks for the tips Nikki!! Blessings

Thanks for sharing. When I started working from home, I did well. I kept a routine schedule like I would if I was outside the home, then somewhere, I fell off. I need to get back to getting up and start my day early enough for a walk, coffee, and Bible study. It’s not like I can’t because I was doing it. Getting dressed and separating work and home is easy for me because when I am off, I am off.

I definitely utilize my breaks to do laundry or cook a good well balanced meal. I'm out of my seat and away from my desk for at least 20 mins at a time. Also, since my laundry is in the basement and my office is on the 2nd floor I'm getting steps in as well. I plan to start going outside during my lunchbreak to get some fresh air now that the weather has warmed up.

The office was hell for me. It was toxic and full of distractions. I have been thriving working from home. Just have a routine as if you’re going to the office. ie wake up at a decent time (not 1 minute before your work day starts 😂), shower, change out of your pjs and have your breakfast. Have regular breaks to recharge eg coffee breaks, screen breaks, lunch etc and most importantly, have a dedicated work space so that you separate work and home.

Hello Nikki thank you for this video! I never have enough of planner videos. One have a question: I have A4 planner for my cosmetics making notes. Even though at the moment I am still just making it for friends and family, I did have a chance to sell it at one point and would like to do it in the future. I am writing down everything in that planner as I want to use it also as a book of cosmetic recipes. So I have section for budget and price developing and then recipes. I have to say my notes so far are mediocre as I do not know how to organise it. Any ideas or tips about it? thanks, greetings from Croatia!
