It was the last *mainline* wig-wag in the US, California still retains a few in use on some of the branch lines and shortlines around the state.

I've seen AVR linked up with Wheeling and Lake Erie before in Belle Vernon. Now what is Carload Express? I've never seen that before. Cool video 👍🏼😎🇺🇸

Carload Express is the parent company of AVR. They began lettering their equipment like that in the last few years as they have expanded to unify branding.
