NS 955 with an ABBA set of F units and 12 cars rolls off the Ft. Wayne Bridge in downtown Pittsburgh on a crystal clear morning. The David L. Lawrence Convention Center towers above. In approximately 117 miles they will return home to the Miscellaneous Shop in Altoona. This was the last mainline run for these locomotives on the OCS before being placed into storage and onto the auction block for disposition in November 2019. One set of A-B units was sold to the Reading Blue Mountain & Northern and the other to the Aberdeen and Western.
