The mission is to connect with the earth - to touch into the earth, and listen - there will be a teaching from the earth and a rebalancing of your energy field. If you want to try it. take a prick of blood and put it under a microscope - if you see blood cells touching each other than go outside, with your barefeet on the eearth for 30 minutes. then take another prick of blood and see the difference in your blood cells - not touching each other - free to exchange oxygen and waste - healthy. the earth is our life source and teacher. our ability to listen will increase our well being and survival. just give it a try - follow you feet , let the earth teach and see what you learn

Mick is one of my insperations. Lately I find myself watching alot of videos of him, seeking wisdom. I am an avid woodsman, survivalist, and I spent alot of time in the forest. I miss it. I miss the connection to the earth. I have been having a rough time lately here in New Jersey. One of my goals in life is to meet mick, and have the opportunity to just speak with him for some direction. I have been feeling like a part of me is missing. I've gotten lost in the rush of life and have been feeling like escaping back to the green tunnel. I have had many obstacles in life. And currently having a rough time with a few. Very down lately. Im ready to gather my gear up, and walk to the barefoot master for advice and guidance. I appreciate everything you have taught us mick. Your approach on life seems so peaceful, but I can't get a grip on how you do it. I feel lost in the world right now. This girls father must have been so happy to hear from someone with such wisdom. I aspire to be like you mick. I hope this message finds you. And I hope you are well. We have never met. But I feel every word of your message. Thank you for passing these traditions and sights of the hoh on to us. Thank you for your smile. Thank you for your heart. You truly are and always will be a legend to me. He has been rewilding the land around his camp and an entire ecosystem has come to be, with water, wildlife and an abundance of pollinating bees. Glad to see he's teaching kids. Those that grew up with "screens" have little to no connection with plain old dirt... water, earth, rock, and fire. Shoes insulate their feet from that direct connection, that melding with earth, water, and rock. I tried to pass that on, too, in a summer camp I ran for eight years. I'm afraid my generation (I'm 70) is the last generation able to walk into the wilderness without an umbilical cord attached to cities and "all knowledge"... I'm afraid we are the last to have experienced the absence of that leech-like attachment, that infant-like dependence, that deathgrip that modern man has on "civilization". Without the internet, satellite phones, cell phones, emergency beacons and the like -- and not knowing any different back then -- we prepared, hoisted our packs, and walked for hours, for days, for weeks... away from all that man had constructed. We had to be self-reliant. We had to be confident in ourselves... We had to be resilient and resourceful... There was absolutely nothing and no one we could call in to help us in emergency. But that was part of why we went... to cut that tether and float free. And there, in the wilderness, we never smiled so broadly, laughed so hard, handled the worst of our fears, or experienced such awe and wonder. You cannot be thoroughly bathed in nature with one foot stuck out of the shower...

I started doing it menes walking barefooted it was rough in the beginning because I had so much pain and they were giving me all kinds pharmaceutical dope and I just got sick and tired after a while you wake up feeling hungover and then you become dependent on the drugs they give you and by the grace of God I'm pain-free and drugs free God bless you...

What do you need? you sound angry. Mick did not betray you -but maybe TV, Networks and our modern culture betrayed you? (and everyone else). But here's the good news. Its a STORY. We live in STORY like fish live in water. We made this cultural story, ...some people did and others nodded in agreement or nodded off. follow your feet and the earth will teach and once you get your footing back, please share what you have learned so others may be inspired. However, beware of letting a network talk you into sharing your story, as they will rewrite to serve their agenda - not the earths. peace brother.

Mick says" follow your feet and the earth will teach" Sometimes the only way you can hear the earth is bare sole to earth soul. but each walking surface informs you thru your feet what you need. and then there is TV (Tel-A-Vision) and each network has their own VISION to TELL. use your mind - I'm sure its good.

He also wanted to call attention to a practice we co-created, called the Earthgym. However, you are right, reality TV has its own agenda and even trying to meet in the middle ended up not working.
