Feeling you on the telogen effluvium. I'm glad it's slowing - it's so distressing initially. However, I'm about a year or so out now and it's definitely improved, so hang in there!

I used to frequent any VV I passed but have decided for myself that spending more at consignment stores is the way to go! My partner and I are really dissatisfied with them not bringing back change rooms and of course, the horrible exchange policy. And the prices have gotten ridiculous!

1 lemon, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp olive oils, 1 tbsp honey. Blend + strain. Potential health benefits but also just so good :)

Ughh this vlog is sooo relatable.. I just moved and feel like im starting over w/ friendships, and making career changes too and wanting to do different things. Life’s confusing sometimes. I feel like it always usually works out when we trust our intuition and follow our hearts. Its tryin to enjoy the confusion that’s hard sometimes . So many possibilities w/new beginnings though 🎉
