I love videos like this as I can relate to anxiety and I find that multitasking exacerbates my anxiety. Breathe! Hug Tika! Exercise! Let it go and don't let someone else cause you to feel overwhelmed- they're not worth your energy. Yes to extensions definitely since you have not done so in a while. Date multiple people. Keep things formal in the beginning and don’t get hung up on anyone in particular. Let them be the ones to pursue you & work hard to prove their value to you. Once I changed my perspective from “this guys has potential” to “what has this person shown me so far with his ACTIONS”, everything changed. I got ghosted about three weeks ago after the best first date I’ve ever been on. Such a bummer. I was torn up and constantly thinking about it for a week, and now I’m over it. It’s such an annoying cycle. I definitely don’t think because your hurt it means it’s “not ready.” Your brain is just grasping to whatever you knew and coping. It’s hard out here!

Dating is the worst. I got divorced at 27 and getting back in the dating pool again was not fun...guys in their 30s are so hot and cold and some are just absolutely disgusting and atrocious, BUT I did meet a few great guys in the mix and ultimately ended up meeting THE one not soon after feeling like I wanted to give up. We have been married 5 years now and have a sweet baby boy together and life is amazing, hard still at times, but so good! So, don't give up! Good things can happen, I promise. But, keep taking care of yourself and finding that self love because that is so important!

It's difficult to not take it personally even though it's obviously that person's loss and immaturity. But it's just defeating to start all over again! I dont normally comment but this comment is absolutely ridiculous. Her being upset about being ghosted is completely normal and not saying she's not ready to date. In actual fact it's showing she is ready. She's ready to commit to someone and find that one. Getting upset about wanting something to work and then being upset about being ghosted, something you have no control over is so normal. We can't help there are still peoplenput there who do this. If the guy isn't into it, thats okay, and he just needs to be upfront rather than play her like this. Sorry but seriously.....

Your feelings are normal. I'm 44, TX Mom of three graduated, out-of-the-house children. Right before our menstrual cycles our hormones are out of whack!! Especially getting older. You are a very beautiful woman and men have to be intimidated by your beauty. You have an amazing life and surrounded by wonderful people. Just know that the right one will appear. Don't rush. May not be from scrolling. That one will be perfect for you. It will happen when you least expect it.
