Seed cycle changed my life as far as my cycle! No cramps, regular periods, 2-3 day light periods, no headaches, no nausea, no acne, no bloating First day of period (or if you don’t have a regular one the pick a day of the month you’d like to have your period on) take flaxseed capsules every day for 15 days. Then switch to primrose oil for 15 days. Then back to flaxseed and keep following that cycle and you will get your period back or have a balanced period. Any symptoms…I mean any like even mild cramps are not normal. Society and men in the medical system have normalized that periods are painful or it’s normal to be bloated, moody, have cravings. It’s not normal and it can be helped. Regulating your hormones is key and seed cycling and supporting during specific times of your cycle are important rather than taking something all the time. The primrose supports that time/potion of your cycle and then flaxseed helps during that time of your cycle

Hiiii I have the same issues as you with PCOS, I am still battling acne but when it comes to regulating periods my doctor recommended GNC WOMEN'S EVENING PRIMROSE OIL 1300 mg! I cannot recommend this enough myself, as I get my period monthly now. Of course in combination with a balanced lifestyle and gym, this has helped me in this matter. Also wanted to add that I love your videos, you are an inspiration. Keep doing what you do!

Seed cycling is amazing. I used primrose during the second part of my cycle and flaxseed during my actual period

Get the Oura Ring. It was so worth it. I too got it because of my hormone imbalance and irregular cycle. It has been so helpful to track my temperature and it also detects your stress. Instead of using Natural Cycles, I use Clue which syncs with the oura ring.

Can you do a video talking more about your experience with pcos/how you got diagnosed. Im currently struggling with the drs here in bc (from vancouver but moved to victoria). Apparently because i only have one cyst, that means im fine. My other symptoms are overlooked and the only diagnostic criteria theyve looked at for pcos is cysts. This was from a gynacologist. He also then contradicted himself by telling me that the only treatment for pcos is birth control and because i dont want to be on it then theres nothing else he can do for me. I cant be on estragen birth control because the extra estragen likely gave me a small stroke years ago so ive been on a progesterone only pill and its been messing with my hormones, to tbe point its affecting the quality of my life. Husband just got a vasectomy so i should be coming off birth control soon. Periods have been a whole other issue... some months i wouldnt get it or barely get one and then currently for the past 6 months ive been getting periods that last two weeks every month (these are full periods for the entire two weeks). Which means i only get two weeks of no period. The only thing thats helped so far is changing my diet to align with a pcos diet and having spearmint tea twice a day, taking coq10, collagen, salmon oil. I definigely dont present like a stereotypical pcos affected person and i think thats why im struggling to get proper care. I love hearing other peoples experiences, especially when they dont fit the stereotyped mold of that disgnosis.

Apparently Vitamin D is the best vitamin to take to regulate your hormones. I'm about to take it soon. Apparently your period is really heavy the first time the it regulates, it's also more of a hormone than a vitamin.

I changed my diet in May to almost no carbs (no rice, no pasta, no bread and absolutely no sugar or sugar substitutes) and went on a modified Mediterranean diet as I'm vegetarian. No alcohol or deserts. I lost the last 10 pounds and I'm so much more energetic. I also noticed my diet makes my skin is brighter and my hair looks shinier too. Eating better food reflects on my mood, my sleep and I'm never sick either. I'd rather heal with food than with medication as I honestly think they don't know me as well as I do. Sorry but if I give up something like caffeine or sweets I won't go back as I know my body doesn't want or need it. Good luck! ☺️😊🥰❤️🌴☀️🦩🥰❤️🥰❤️ we need more Tika!!!!
