He started with three reds, wow! I think he's a strong guy and I would substitute some greens and blues, lower the resistance. They are basic moves but yeah it's a bit hard.

This was an incredibly thoughtful flow of movements that seems to intuitively use of the magic circle to maximise engagement for the whole body. Yet, I have a reformer and magic circle and these moves wouldn't have intuitively come to me without this video. Thanks. I'm inspired.

Hi. Any exercise is better than nothing but this is ridiculous. It is pure advertisement, like many other products on the market throughout last many years. They put guy like this, who looks quite good for his age and tell him to do exercises like that, and people believe that this machine will make them looks like him. I doubt that he looks like that just training on this contraption. Anybody who knows a little bit about strenght training knows that this is just waste of time and money. Nothing beats compound exercises like back squat, front squats, overhead presses and deadlifts etc. You can progress doing them very long time. How long can you progress pushing few springs? You cannot even measure how much stronger you are. The are no metrics here. Somehow, complexity appeal to people. It is expensive and complicated, so it must works! Very very wrong. Good luck anyway
