I love this series of movements for myself. As a teacher of six on reformers, it is quite a challenge teaching it safely with students of all body types and sizes! One long-time teacher taught the prone on box with legs pulling straps by helping students get the straps on. Any suggestions for getting all body types in side lying on top of the box? Linda
