Here are some tips to ensure your clients execute the highest attainable level of bicep recruitment while performing Tall Kneeling Biceps on the reformer. The cueing of proper alignment, setting the shoulder girdle and controlling both the concentric and eccentric phases of the bicep curl are essential. Using tempo changes to increase time under tension and slight shifts in body position can really challenge the client in progressive ways.
