Why Ruto should have these 3 men in his cabinet In these unprecdented times Ruto needs a men and women in his cabinet that can be trusted, have a track record of honesty and telling it like it is that is lucking in the Presidency. Public trust is Rutos biggest problem.These folk will also be people whom the public can trust, have confidence in due to their past records and achievments names that come to mind are: Magara-Attorney General, Ouko-Finance Kagwe-Health. Magara as Attorney general- Magara as Supreme court Judge was a stickler of the constitution regardless of how he rubbed the powers that be. He overturned an election that he considered the process to have illegalities and irregularities a first in Africa and globally by over turning an election. He called for the dissolution of parliament, saying lawmakers had failed to meet a constitutional provision which would allow for one-third of seats to be occupied by women. These are bold moves he has made regardless of the consequences. The Ruto administration has been known not to adhere to the constitution and having Magara as the AG would buttress any unconstitutional govt policies. Ouko- Former Auditor general. His time as the Auditor General was always at loggerheads with the Uhuru govt for insisting on the indpendence of the Office whom the Uhuru regime wanted to control. He called for delinking the Auditor general from the treasury by insisting the Audit Office should have its own independent budget like the judiciary so as not to be compromised by treasury mandarins who were averse to being audited and would threaten the office by defunding it so as not to carry out its duties. Ouko called for any govt projects over 500m be audited first before treasury could release any funds. Here again Uhuru regime was not happy. The biggest rub with Uhuru govt was when Ouko insisted on Auditing the first Euro bond, that has put the country in a financial mess. He wanted to know exactly where the money went and what it was used for but was dressed down publicly at statehouse by Uhuru for calling for an Audit on Eurobond. Oukos term came to an unceremoniuos end without even a replacement which left a vacancy in the office which is unprecedented. Kagwe-As CS for health Kagwe , according to the Newyork Times, kagwe was hailed as one of the most effective Covid CS's globally. His daily briefings and effective communication on matters Covid was a reasuring voice during these difficult times as he gained the public trust by his daily briefings. He also brought about reforms at the Ministry of health to curb corruption. Health is a very complicated and sensitive docket as you are responsible for peoples lives and any policy affects lives. As the govt wrestles to replace NHIF with another system, right now there is no clear direction. The public is not sure what it entails due to luck of proper communication. No one, even the health CS is seen in public explaining the new System. Who better to be at the helm of health other than Kagwe to bring sanity, clarity and confidence that the new system is better than the old. He has been Health CS before so he knows the difference between NHIF and the new system and advice the President accordingly. May be the old system just needed a few adjustments instead of a total over haul. As a great communicator he would be able to communicate effectively with Doctors and nurses to avoid strikes. These are things Kagwe can bring to the cabinet.

I was a little bit hesitant supporting Gen z but from today news that Governor of kiambu Wamatangi has been frustrating lnvestors to a tune of 33 million dollars for kickback for approvals of plans projects in Tatu City this people were to employ thousands of youth lncluding the call centre that Ruto keep on saying. It's time for change for Kenya l fully support Genz movement. What's the potpose of governor if he doesn't promote lnvsetment for the youth.

Focus on making the urban centre livable, quality infrastructure, sports facilities and basics like water supply, lighting, sanitation etc, nobody really care if the title is city or town as long as the urban centre is made really good for modern living.
