  Wow, this is a deep dive where I didn’t expect it :) all the more interesting as I incidentally watched the Black Mirror episode “Nosedive” just yesterday 😂 Such a heartwarming little essay. Been to Greece und Chania many times and I love Greek cats. They all deserve our love, snacks and support… P. S. Wait a minute! 2 weeks in Chania… Does this mean we can hope to expect some episodes from Crete soon?! 😍😍

  Funny thing. I'm a Romanian guy watching a video edited by a Canadian dude, edited by his Hungarian wife about a Greek street cat that got a 3 star review from a Romanian tourist. And so this weird little chain of random facts comes full circle (sort of). :)) Btw, since this is about a cat I'm almost willing to bet money that this will hit the top 10 most popular videos you've made, because this is the Internet. :))

  I hate to be that person … but you don’t pronounce Chania with hard “K”, but maybe more like “Sh” I’m “shadow”. I’m sure a Greek can correct me if I’m wrong.

  I also have a black cat. She is also predictable & easy to find in my house. She doesn’t like to sit on laps or be picked up though; she prefers the recliner foot raised so she can sit next to me. 4.5/10? 4.9/10? I have to give her 5 stars. She’s MY cat.

  People are sometimes surprised when something becomes famous. They assume that fame goes to the deserving. So I have thinking something similar, that fame is ultimately about the people who are paying attention, the fans, rather than the thing being payed attention to, the famous thing. People are looking for some specific experience, and if they get what they are looking for they will probably look again or at least talk about a lot. While on the theme of cats, Garfield intentionally repeats certain jokes over and over. The comic is not interested in good jokes, let alone original humor, it does recognizable gags; Garfield wants to be predictable because it wants to be easily recognizable. Being recognizable is where the money is.
