Why don't use a PP 5 microwave plastic storage for the rice so you can use the storage multiple times been doing frozen rice more than 15 years so simple and energy saving, cook 5 full cups, and store for 12 eating portions.
If don't put plain yogurt, is it ok? Can we use normal flour?😊
Make your flour 210 and 6 gram baking powder. If no yogurt make your milk 80 gram but i will not promise the same taste but As long you will use butter or margarine not oil.and same procedure it will be soft and fluffy.

According to google 1/2 tsp is equivalent to 2.84 grams. Or just google it then you will find the answers
